You stayed at the cafe for a few hours, enjoying Namjoon reading to you in utter bliss. But, it seemed the place was about to close. You were the only two people in the shop other than the employees and they were wiping down tables and grabbing their keys, so you reluctantly began to pack up your things and head back outside.

Reaching into your pocket, your patted yourself down for your phone. Crap. You hadn't felt the desire to look at it all evening and now you weren't sure where it was. You began to search your clutch bag as you walked along to the car.

"Everything okay?" Namjoon asked as he saved you from tripping over the curb.

"Uh...yeah. I just think I may have misplaced my phone." You said with a grumble.

"Oh, when was the last time you saw it?" He asked as you reached the car.

"Your place actually." You said looking up at him in remembrance. "Damn...I think I left it sitting on the counter in your bathroom." You whined.

"It's no big deal. We can just go get." Namjoon said as he opened the car door for you.

"Okay. Thanks. I'm sorry." You apologized for the inconvenience.

He chuckled softly. "Don't worry about it." He shut the door and got into the car himself.

Arriving back at his place after a short while, you both got out of the car and headed inside. You were met by Jimin and Jungkook sitting in the living room watching something on the TV.

You offered them a soft wave as Namjoon greeted them. Though, upon seeing you, Jimin's expression formed into one of what you could only describe as irritation.

"She's staying here again?" Jimin questioned, glaring at Namjoon. You were easily able to pick up on what he had asked him.

Namjoon's own expression dropped to more of a deadpan stare as he looked at Jimin but decided not to engage as he turned to you, hearing the faint sounds of water coming from down the hall. He took your hand and walked with you to his room.

"I think someone might be in there. So I'll go check to see if I can find your phone." Namjoon suggested to which you nodded.

He left you alone so, feeling a bit odd just standing there, you ventured out into the living room with Jimin and Jungkook.

The youngest seemed to be able to sense the tension and quietly got up with his glass and headed towards the kitchen in attempts to escape the situation.

You glanced around awkwardly before deciding to say something as you began to approach Jimin.

"Hey...I'm sorry if me staying here last night was an inconvenience for you. I had no idea Nova was here and had kicked you out of your bedroom." You said as you approached the man sitting on the couch and tried your best to convey what you wanted to say in Korean, "I didn't mean to cause any problems when I accepted Namjoon's offer." You were trying to take responsibility for your part in last night, hoping it would lessen his anger toward Namjoon. You couldn't drive a wedge between them.

"What?" Jimin gasped, looking up at you confused. "Oh. No, no." He said shaking his head before hanging it as he racked his fingers through his perfectly fluffed hair. "I'm not angry with you." Jimin murmured, looking back up at you apologetically.

"Then...why are you mad at Namjoon? It was my choice to come." You asked, being gentle with your words so as to not escalate the situation.

"Just-" He cut off his words with a sharp exhale. "He should have been more respectful. Bringing you to a dorm filled with seven men in the middle of the night with no change of clothes. It was an inconvenience to you, he should have known better." Jimin said as he cast his gaze over to the window.

You felt a bit touched that he thought that much of you and were at a loss of words for a minute. "I think he was just trying to be helpful since we had gotten wet in the rain. He didn't want me to stay in my wet clothes longer than need be, or something like that." You clarified with a shrug and a small laugh.

Jimin breathed deeply. "I guess you have a point."

"Can I ask you something though?" It had been on your mind all day, you had to ask.

"Sure."

"You didn't get upset with Hoseok for bringing Nova here last night."

"That wasn't a question." He eyed you warily, obviously wanting you to get on with it.

"I guess what I'm trying to ask is, why were you mad about me but not her?"

He avoided your gaze, picking at his fingernails. "Maybe I'm just used to Hoseok bringing girls home. Not so much with Namjoon. So I didn't think much about Nova, to be honest."

That was definitely not what you were expecting. His admittance made you worry about Nova now, since the way Jimin talked made it sound like Hoseok could be kind of a player. And that was not what you would tolerate from someone pursuing your all time best friend. She didn't deserve that, and you would claw out his eyes with his own hands if he hurt her.

You smiled, however, as the rest of his sentence resonated. Namjoon doesn't bring girls home, that confession made you feel special despite yourself.

Slowly, you took a seat beside him on the couch and looked to him. "Do you think... you could maybe forgive Namjoon on my account? Call it a personal favor. I'll owe you one." You said, offering him a smile. "I hate to see you both fight because of me."

There was a brief silence before he turned his head to you and gave you a smile and a deep laugh. His laugh wasn't as deep as Namjoon's, his smile not dimpled. But his laugh stirred something in your chest and his smile made your ears warm.

He nodded his head, keeping his smile. "Okay, for you." He agreed, which caused you to return his grin as if it were infectious.

Raising your hand, you gently placed it on his arm. "Thank you, you mean so much to him." Your smile wavered as he took your hand and brought it to his lips. You inhaled a breath and he released it just as fast, smirking at you from under his long lashes. Good lord, he was beautiful.

Just then, Namjoon returned to the living room with your phone in hand. "Found it." He called out to you before realizing you were now sitting right beside Jimin. He raised a brow questioningly.

You pulled your hand away from Jimin and stood up to go collect your phone. "Thanks!" You said, gently taking it from his hand and leaning up to kiss him on the cheek.

While you were in front of him, he took a moment to ask, "Everything okay?" in a low voice.

You nodded up at him with a happy smile now that you felt you resolved the problem at hand. "Yeah." You said in confirmation.

He still looked at you quizzically before Jimin's voice filled the room. You both turned to look back at him as he cleared his throat.

"Since she's already here. Why doesn't she stay for dinner? Jin's cooking already." Jimin suggested as he stared at you.

You glanced back at Namjoon who seemed a little put off, his jaw clenched as he glared at his friend. You didn't know if Namjoon had made any more plans for the night or not, but he simply looked at you for an answer instead.

"I'd love to." You looked back at Jimin in polite acceptance and offered a smile to Namjoon.

"Alright, fine. We'll stay." Namjoon said, placing a hand at your lower back softly as he looked to Jimin.

Jimin's mouth turned up on one side, his eyes locked on Namjoon's.
