DESCRIPTION
"Okay, why don't we start with your daily planner? I want you to throw it away."

"What? No way! I hardly know the way to my classes without it!"

"Rose, you've been going to this school for six years. I'm quite positive you'll get there."

SUMMARY
Rose is what you would call a control freak.
She's got everything organized from her clothes to her life plan. She knows exactly where she needs to be at every given moment, and if she's not there then the world's ending.
But then she runs into Lottie Maye, a girl who doesn't give a damn about anything. Rose finds the girl to be crazy, not understanding how someone can function without any source of organization. Lottie's messy and careless, hardly ever putting her clothes on correctly and certainly not using a daily planner.
So is it possible for someone so organized to fall in love with someone so...unorganized?

NOTES
-So basically Rose has OCD and has everything planned out for her until she runs into Lottie, who's made it her mission to get Rose to let loose and have some fun

-I'd say Rose is in any house but Slytherin, and Lottie's in either Gryffindor or Slytherin

-If you don't know what OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is, then it's basically a mental illness that causes people to have excessive thoughts that lead to repetitive behaviors

-OCD is often centered around germs and/or the need to arrange objects in a specific manner. Rose would fall under the second one, keeping everything she can in order. That's what makes her and Lottie's love so odd, because Lottie is the most disorganized person Rose has ever met

-If you take this plot then it's important that you research OCD and know a good amount about it so that you can write Rose correctly. But, I've picked out a few things that go deeply into how Rose would be written.
•She should approach new things apprehensively and have a lot of anxiety
•She'll go over things multiple times and often have nightmares
•There is medication for OCD, but therapy is also highly recommended. I think Rose would be more defensive to the idea of going to therapy

-Getting over OCD is a long process that doesn't often work completely. Lottie shouldn't force Rose to do anything out of her comfort zone, she should be patient and understanding. Rose will also not get over it by just listening to Lottie, she'll have to actually believe in herself and truly try to get over it

-It is common for people to have panic attacks, and I think that at some point Lottie should have to witness Rose have one as a kind of turning point. Like, she doesn't truly understand how serious and controlling OCD is to someone until she sees Rose panic over something like Lottie refusing to fix her tie and telling Rose that she just needs to back off

-Rose seemed like the most fitting person to write a plot about OCD with, but I also see her with a girlfriend. So this is both a plot to raise awareness for mental illnesses, and also to support the lgbtq+ community

-The MsMarauders community is making plots for mental illness as May is mental health awareness month. Mental health needs to be talked about and discussed. It's something that people go through. It should not be stuffed away and dealt with by yourself. You are never alone
