SUMMARY:

Teddy Lupin, the famous graffiti artist known only under the name of "Lupin" on the streets of London, is about to make his biggest hit; the London library, planted in the middle of the city. It was only fitting for him to be the one to finally pull it off without being caught, but, it seemed, it wasn't quite as easy as he had thought.

So, just like everyone else that tried, he got arrested. Refusing to give up his name or any information led to him being placed in a cell for the night.

Only the night didn't turn out quite as boring and horrible as he thought it would be. This was the result of the rude, yet intriguing and outgoing girl that shared a cell with him for the night; they exchange reasons for why they're there, and it turns out the girl is there for the same, yet completely different, reasons as him.

Teddy Lupin had found an ally, and also fallen love on the same night; the only thing left was the time building up to returning to the library, and making history within the world of street artists that lingered in London.

NOTES:

- Teddy isn't together with Victoire
- This is the summer break before 7th year, Teddy is 17, and so is Raven
- Teddy managed to make a name for himself on the streets of London under some secret name
- You can change the name he uses, which also means changing the title if you're going to use "Signed, Lupin"
- The name of the OC (Raven) is up to you, but I'm pretty set on the face claim, so if you want to change it you'll have to tell me first
- The story should end with them managing to tag something on the library in London
- Raven's family situation is complicated, her mother was an aspiring artist and painted all the time before she died, and cast between wanting to follow her mother's footsteps, loving art herself, and wanting to rebel against her father, she turned towards street art.
- Her brother helps her because he doesn't want her to get caught, but doesn't agree with what she does
- Teddy can't use any magic because he almost got expelled several times for using magic that summer already, but Harry being the chosen one managed to get him away from it; he can't risk using any more Magic, so he's hesitant in even using it to run from the police
- Raven is a muggle
- He doesn't tell Raven about the wizarding world before they have to run from the police one time, and he dissaparates with her, which leads to him telling her
- Someone in the family has to know about what teddy does and actively help him not get caught by Harry and Ginny, because he doesn't know how their reaction will be (preferably Lily, Victoire or James Sirius)
- I'm not really set on anything in the plot, so change whatever
