SUMMARY
Bellatrix Black was used to being number one, she was the most powerful dueller, the most intricate potions brewer, the most gifted at charms, and the most daunting witch. Bellatrix was everything, beauty and strength. The perfect definition of a Slytherin. Boys chased her, not just for her looks but for her power. She was beyond a simple Hogwarts student by her fourth year.
That is until a girl washed upon the shore, sea foam wasted across the beach. She was everything Bellatrix was and more, she had already been a natural beauty and talent. Bellatrix saw her as a threat, and wanted to best her in everything as well, and became easily irritated in everything the sea-girl would do.
NOTES -crappy description, but I can see the story clearly in my head I just can't articulate it
-Aphrodite isn't nice. She's a world class bitch. Don't MAKE HER NICE!
-Aphrodite is ambitious and is willing to do anything to reach the top
-Her and Bellatrix have a complicated relationship, as they're both very attracted to one another, but also want to drown one another
-I'd say the story is more so just pure tension and angst, following them through Hogwarts and leading into their lives as Death Eaters
-as Death Eaters they both fight for Voldemort's favour, and he knows that they hate each other so he'll often put them against one another
-imma just say it, I think Bella should get so pissed at Aphrodite (I'm thinking Voldemort was planning to make her his right hand man, to possibly carry his child [not any cursed child shit) and Bella snaps) that she ends up killing her.
-after she kills her, her guilt builds up because Aphrodite was someone who pushed her and Bella did love her (enemies that loved each other?) but only because she made her fight
-Bellatrix also says "alrighty Aphrodite" to everything she does
