Ch.13

Ryder's POV

As Lyric went to go lay down I turn to Alex who had a smirk on his face. I looked at him like he was crazy then looked at Justin who was also looking at Alex.

"What's up with you?" I asked

"Let's just say Lyrics Birthday party is going to be a Birthday Bash" he said I sort of got jealous when he called her Lyric but I didn't say anything

"Are you sure that's a good idea I mean I want to do it too but she doesn't want one" I said skeptical of the idea

"Trust me she'll love it"

"Okay tomorrow we can look for cakes and stuff"

"Great idea Justin" I say

"Well imma go to sleep we can talk about where to have it at tomorrow" I say yawning

I go to my bedroom and go to sleep peacefully.

8:30am

I woke up and yawned. I wanted to have a lazy day but we only have a couple of days until Lyrics birthday and I want it to be great.

I got up and brushed my teeth then went in the shower. I got out dried my hair a bit and left it how it was for the rest to air dry. I got my clothes out something comfortable but still me. I grabbed my black joggers and white v neck with my black Nike slides.

I went out into the kitchen and ate with everyone else. It was a bit quiet so I decided to speak but Alex beat me to it.

"Soooooo Lyric" he said but i just rolled my eyes

Doesn't he know her name is LYRICAL not LYRIC that is my nick name

I don't know why I was upset. It's just that was my nick name for her. I guess I'll have to choose another one for her. I have some in mind.

She nodded her head for him to continue.

"Instead of having your small party on your actual birthday we're having it the day before"

She looked at him questionably

"It's because I uh have something else planned I'm your birthday and I don't want to miss it" he said giving her a fake smile

She just shook her head and laughed. She picked up her phone and started typing stuff. I just finished eating until I got a text from her.

Lyric🖤.  What is the real reason he is doing it a day before and why is he smiling so weird

Me. I don't know and I don't know I swear

I looked up at her and smiled

Me. So your okay with him calling you lyric?

Lyric🖤.  Yeah

Me. Damn I guess I'll have to find a different nick name for you

Lyric🖤.  Okay what is it

Me. How about....Ly Ly??

Lyric🖤.  Can it be something else please I only ever let one person call me that

Me. I understand ummm Angel😉

Lyric🖤. Sure why not 😂

I say my phone down and put my plate in the sink. It was my turn to clean the kitchen. I was rinsing out the dishes when Alex came up to me helping me. It was weird because his pet peeve is dirty dish water.
