Ch.18

Lyrical's POV

I wake up a bit early and start thinking about last night. It was like a living nightmare... I could never get away from her. Then I start to think about Ryder.

He was really kind and was there for me. I couldn't help but wonder what he meant when he said he'll try to fix it. How?

I got up and went to the kitchen once I walked in the boys stopped talking... well whispering and stared at me. I looked at them suspiciously but let it go I went to go make waffles until they stopped me.

"Uh uh you go back in your room or the couch and relax" Justin said moving me from the cabinet I looked at a him confused

"You get to relax until it's time to go out for dinner with Ryder" Alex said pushing me out the kitchen I still looked confused

"Yes so go move along... we'll make breakfast for you" Ryder said pushing me to sit on a stool I was still confused until I realized what day it was

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY LYRICAL!!" They all said hugging me at once I started laughing then gasping for air they were hugging me too tight

"Oh guys let go we're gonna kill her" Alex says letting go

I smiled at them and hugged them all individually and wrote 'thank you' on a price of paper

I played games on my phone and listened to music with my earphones while they attempted to make me breakfast. I smelled something burning and looked up to see the pan on fire.

I gasped and got up immediately I ran around the island and turned on the water they threw the pan in and the fire went out. I looked at them with a shocked expression.

"We were trying to make eggs" Ryder said looking embarrassed I laughed at him and went went to go get a jacket. I put on my shoes while they looked at me

I got a paper and wrote 'let just go out to eat like iHop or something'

"Ohhh" they all said and went to go get their hoodies and jackets. We got in the car and they immediately started talking.

"Hey Lyrical we want to introduce you to 2 of our friends that are girls they are really kind actually they are nothing like Honesty Courtney and Brittany they actually don't know who you are like we didn't know who you are so they won't judge you just give them a chance I promise they'll love you" Alex said driving I nodded to him

It would be crazy if I ACTUALLY made friends that would be like a dream come true

"Trust me angel they will love you" Ryder said smiling at me

Me: okay sounds fun actually lol what are their names?

"Oh their names are Jenna and Athena" Ryder said smirking at Alex and Justin but I noticed Justin blushing... he looked so.. vulnerable it was cute I've never seen him that way

"Lyrical just know Jenna is crazy and cute and outgoing not afraid of taking risks like me she is also caring and sweet and a good person to be around" Justin says in a complete daze

"Yeah and Athena she is such a caring person she has a light voice and looks like a goddess she is a really smart person and blushes a lot when she is slightly embarrassed which makes her even cuter" Alex said blushing as well

Me: looks like Justin and Alex have a crush on Jenna and Athena

Ryder looked at me smiling while nodding "they have all had a crush on each other for a couple of months now actually sense the beginning on the school year but they are all in denial right now"
