Ch. 45

Lyrical's POV

It's been 5 years since my life changed for the better. Time flew by so fast. I am now 22 years old Ryder is 23 and Jax is 13. My baby brother is almost in high school. So much has happened since then.

Daisy ended up passing away a month after the trial sadly. Ryder is pretty close with her family and visits her grave. When I turned 18 I ended up losing my virginity after a week of trying it was just too hard but we got it and Ryder I never knew was so... freaky.

Jax Kaden and Emmie and still growing strong but mostly Emmie and Jax if you know what I mean I ask him about it but he says it's weird talking to me about it but that there is also nothing going on between them.

But most Importantly today is the big day. Today's the day I'm gonna be Lyrical Jacobs. I still can't believe it. If you would've told me I would have a happy life back when I was a junior in high school I would've cried for giving me false hopes.

"Okay lyrical it's almost time how do you feel?" Honesty asks touching up my hair 1 last time. I let it grow back long again. It's straightened and curled.

"Excited nervous" I say taking a deep breathe. The wedding was a champagne color it was beautiful my bridesmaids were of course Jenna Athena Honesty Reina and Sam.

I told them to wear champagne colored dresses they didn't have to be the same just same somewhat color. Honesty's dress wasn't that fancy because she was 4 months pregnant. I'm pretty sure I almost cried when they told us.

"Just breathe girl everything's gonna go perfect this is your day" Sam assures me

"Okay how do I look?" I ask

"Stunning his jaw will drop when he sees you" Jenna smirks

We hear a knock on the door and my dad peaks his head in the room. "You ready baby?"

"Dad I'm getting married I can't be your baby forever" I say with a small chuckle

"We gotta go we will see you out there" Reina says and they leave

"You'll always be my baby Lee" my dad continues coming towards me

"I can't believe this is happening" I say with a sigh

"Your marrying your best friend everything will be perfect come on let's go" he says and we link arms walking out

We stand there for a second and then I hear the music start playing and we slowly walk outside. I decided to have an outside wedding the sun was setting and everything was so beautiful. Rocky was our flower girl she was now 10 but she still made a really pretty flower girl.

I look up and Ryder was staring at me intensely. My dad gives me a kiss on the cheek before going to sit down. Ryder takes my hands in his and we stare at each other with love and admiration.

"You look beautiful" he says a smile spreading on both of our faces

"You too.. wait no you don't wait not that you don't look-" I begin rambling but he cuts me off earning a laugh from everyone

"I understand" he chuckles

"You look handsome" I finally say

"Thank you" he replies

I've definitely found the love of my life.
