Lyrical's POV

I head to school with Honesty as we just drop off Jax.

"I should get my drivers license" I say randomly

"You should it's actually fun and pretty easy I think you can pass" She says her eyes still in the road

"So I haven't told anyone about this but you know how Xander asked me to prom?" She nods "well we planned it"

"I'm confused" she glances over at me

"Well I told him about how he asked Ashley to prom and like he was my first kiss and stuff and he said that he would help me get back at him and make him jealous also bc he doesn't really like him to much" I mutter

"Omg that's amazing then he can see what he's missing and come crawling to you" she says smirking

"I don't know it doesn't seem like it is working it just seems like he is getting more and more mad..not jealous" I say looking out the window

It's quite for a few minutes until I speak "maybe I should call it off" I say quietly

"NO" she yells swerving the car making me almost have a heart attack

"HONESTY WATCH THE ROAD"I scream holding my heart

"I'm sorry it's just you can't give up now maybe him getting mad is his way of showing jealously" she says rolling her eyes as if it's the most obvious thing in the world

"We'll see" I say and get out the car as we pull up

I walk inside with my head tilted down as people stare at me, still not used to the new changes I guess. I don't think I out did myself my outfit is pretty basic not too much.

In my thoughts I bump into someone steadying myself before I fall I look up to find Ryder "oh Ryder I'm so-" I begin but get cut off by him

"Just watch where your going next time" he snaps looking at me his hazel eyes now cold and hallow making me swallow a big lump in my throat and looking down immediately walking away.

Maybe I should stop all of this maybe I'm going to far with it.

I grab my books and close my locker I take out my phone as I get a message
Unknown: look out
Me: who is this?!
Unknown: you already know
Me: just leave me alone
Unknown: no can do

I let out a frustrated sigh and walk to my 1st period.

It's now lunch and Ryder has been giving me the cold shoulder ever since this morning and treats me like he treats everyone else. I have no idea what I did but I really need to fix it.

I get a salad and sit down in my usual spot. "Hey guys should I change my hair style" I ask while looking at the tips of my hair

"Like what" Alex says digging into his nachos

"Idk just different" I say smiling

"I don't think we really care what you do to your hair it's your not ours" Ryder mutters glaring at me

"Ryder why are you being so rude today" Athena asks glaring at him

"Stay out of it Athena" he seethes at her

"Dude chill you don't need to talk to her that way" Alex says looking confused at him
