craving pancakes...

"looks like you'll be seeing us tomorrow then!"

it was thursday morning.
on thursdays, the squad would meet up for breakfast at the diner.
sometimes, gibbs joined them. especially if someone else was paying.

bishop arrived first, which was usual seeing as bishop likes arriving early.
she arrived early to everything.

next was mcgee, arriving with torres also. torres always got mcgee to come
pick him up. as much as torres loved riding his bike, it took forever to park
up outside the ncis offices, seeing as he was usually late and there
would be no parking left, not even for bikes.

"hey guys! is anyone else coming? i'm hungry and i'm craving pancakes!"
says bishop, always in the mood for pancakes.

"i think jack and gibbs are coming along as well. but let's go inside and
wait for them there!" says mcgee.

*buzz* *buzz*
torres' phone starts ringing. he hangs up.

*buzz* *buzz*
there it went again.

"aren't you going to pick that up?" bishop asks.

"yeah nick, it wouldn't stop going off in the car?!" asks mcgee.

"ellie, maybe you'd want to consider answering it instead!" says torres.

"why me?!" says bishop, very confused.

torres shows them his phone. it was george. one of bishop's brothers.

"why's he calling you?" ellie asks.

"i don't know why don't you ask him?!"

torres gives bishop his phone and she answers.

"george? why do you keep calling torres?"

"oh my god guys, guys! ellie picked up! you know what that means!-" says
george to someone in the background, in which you could probably
guess who.

"ellie and nick sitting in a tree-"

ellie smiles slightly and hangs up the call.

"so? what did he want?" asked torres.

"it doesn't matter, but if he keeps ringing, i give you permission to come to
my apartment and tackle all three of my brothers!" bishop laughs.
