"you're probably wondering why we were at the restaurant and-"

"bishop, do i want to know" gibbs asks.

"no, probably not." says torres.

"but nick, come on" ellie pleads.

"he probably knows, let's just get home okay, it's been a long night."

ellie goes into his arms and he rubs his hand against her back to keep her from getting cold. of course gibbs already knew what was going on, and he was okay with that. which is quite shocking seeing as they're breaking rule 12 but everyone knew it was going to happen.

gibbs walks back to his car and runs around to smile as torres helps bishop into his car.
