Y/N's POV

Akira is such a pain to deal with...

He left me at the restaurant all alone.

Still, everything he just told me. Was it true?

He explained everything he needed to, but I can't help but feel like Artemis has more people on his side. I can't help but feel like it isn't just Zen and Artemis working together. There's more people behind this.

As I walked home, the day slowly turned to night.

I noticed that tonight was the blood moon.

The moon's a really bright red tonight. Is that normal?

I shrugged it off and continued walking.

So many questions filled my head.

Why are they targeting me?

When will they face me?

Who is Aileen really?

"So, their daughter really did survive after all these years."

Riku's POV

"I'm really worried for Y/N," I mumbled.

"Remember how Artemis greeted you? It sounds like you guys knew each other before," Rika said.

"You were unconscious when it all happened. Of course you wouldn't remember," I sighed.

"Remember what? Tell me." Rika put down her phone and sat next to me.

"When we were little, maybe about 8? Our house was flooded. Do you remember?" I asked.

"Vaguely," she replied.

"Our parents were trapped in their room and unconscious, and we were downstairs in the living room. The living room was more spacious than our parents' room, so we survived, but they didn't make it. We managed to escape, but you fell unconscious too," I said.

"How did I fall unconscious?" Rika questioned.

"Artemis. He had planned to kill our entire family just for entertainment, but I managed to survive against his attack. I brought you outside, and that was where I saw him. He was smiling at me as soon as I got out. Let's just say the rest of that was not peaceful." I smiled before standing up and leaving.

I went back into my room to go to sleep for the rest of the night.

Flara's POV

I should really return Rika's clothes.

But, Riku is going to be there.

He said something about Y/N being targeted by that Artemis guy.

I'm kind of worried for her.

After all, she's my best friend.

I really don't know what to do.

My mood's gotten better the past few days.

I wonder if that's because of Riku?

I sighed and stood up to get a late night snack.

I walked over to my fridge and grabbed a soda.

But, suddenly an image flashed through my mind.

"You shouldn't drink soft drinks so often, Flara. It's not good for your health," he said.

"Heh.. I couldn't care less about my health." I smiled at him weakly before leaving.

What was that?

Why did I suddenly think of Riku?

I subconsciously put back my soda and went to grab a glass of water instead.

I've been really mean to him these past few days.

Maybe I should apologize?

Jimin's POV

I decided to take a walk in the middle of the night.

It wasn't that late yet, but it was still pretty dark.

When Y/N left, I felt like I should go outside to get some fresh air.

The stars are so beautiful tonight.

It reminds me of the night I took Y/N up to that hill to look at the stars.

The blood moon was tonight.

That meant that Demons were stronger than normal.

I hope Y/N got home okay.

Just then, I heard shouting coming from the distance.

It sounded like Y/N's voice and another voice that was very familiar.

I should go check it out..
