Parents

"Jessica come on! You need to get ready for school!" I banged on her door 

"Shut up mom!" She yelled back 

"Jessica don't talk to your mother like that!" Grayson spoke from downstairs 

I headed into the living room 

"She's so disrespectful" Grayson scoffed 

"She's a teenager" I said walking into the kitchen, Grayson followed

"So? teenager or not she doesn't speak to you like that"

"Grayson it's fine, go get ready for work" 

"No i'm gonna go talk to her" he said turning around, I stopped him 

"No grayson, she already hates you, don't make things worse"

"No y/n we can't let her speak to us like that or you more specifically"

"It's fine! Grayson she's growing up, she's gonna be hormone crazy"

"I don't care, there's no excuse for being rude" 

"Just drop it okay?" I glared at him before leaving the kitchen, I stood at the bottom of the stairs 

"Jessica! You're late for school! Get down her this instant!" 

"Mom! Shut the fuck up!" 

"What did she just say to you?" Grayson spoke, anger flushing his face 

I didn't say anything 

"That's it" he snapped before storming up the stairs

Grayson's p.o.v 

"Don't you dare speak to your mother like that!" I screamed at her 

"Whatever" she mumbled 

"Don't whatever me missy! You're grounded!" 

She just laughed while shoving her books in her bag 

Y/n was now in the room too 

"I don't know who you think you are but this attitude of yours needs to stop! I've had it with your disrespect! Me and your mother try are hardest to make you happy but you show nothing but rudeness and selfishness! You act like a complete brat! We do everything for you and all you do is say how awful parents we are! We had you when we were 17, do you know how hard it was to raise a child when we were teenagers? We sacrificed so much of our lives just so you could have an amazing one" 

"It's not my fault you guys had sex unresponsively! You could've not had me and I wouldn't of ruined your lives! If you sacrificed so much for me then why did I turn out like this? You don't understand what it's like to be in high school because you're too busy complaining to mom about how awful of a daughter I am, than asking me if I'm okay. All I ask if for you to be considerate but you do nothing of the sort, start acting like a fucking father" She barged past me 

"Get back here! Who do you think you are!" I stormed after her 

"Grayson!" I heard y/n yell 

I reached Jessica 

"Where do you think you're going!" 

"To school dumbass!" 

"I'm your father! What makes you think that you have the right to talk to me like that!"

"What makes you think that you have the right to talk to ME like that!" She yelled 

"I'm your father!" 

"Like I said before start acting like one" she growled 

"Give me your phone" 

"No"

"Now!" 

"No!"

"Y/n give me your phone right now!" 

"Fine here you go" she smacked her phone in my hand "Go threw my messages while your at it, you'll see all the texts I send my friends about how much I hate you"

"Go to school, you're already late and I'm not in the mood to deal with you, when you get home you're apologising to me and your mother" I said sternly 

"I'm not apologising for anything but what I am sorry for is the fact that I have parents like you" she glared at me and y/n 

"Get to school" 

She turned around and opened the front door, before she shut it she looked at me 

"I hate you"

And with that she left 

This was weird lol 

I just wanted to point out that y/n and Grayson weren't bad parents they were just mad at Jessica because of the way she's been behaving, they were angry with her attitude. I just wanted to make that clear as I didn't want people commenting that they were bad parents lmao
