{concerns}

Slamming a foot against the end of his skateboard, it flew upwards, and Taehyung caught it with one hand before resting it against his leg. With one hip jutted out, he kept his phone glued to his ear, lips falling into a tight line as he listened to the voice on the other end.

Seated on one of the skate ramps, Jungkook leant back on his hands, raising a brow as he watched Taehyung's expression fall. The blue haired male was quick to end the call, slipping his phone into his side pocket as he picked up his skateboard, hauling it over his shoulder, "Yoongi just called, apparently the Jeons are in town."

Even though Jungkook was fully aware, he couldn't help but shudder, "Any ideas why?"

Taehyung shrugged, "Apparently they're after some girl's brother or something." he began to explain, strolling over to where Jungkook sat, "It's just debt, doesn't sound like they've found you." he smiled softly, extending a hand. Jungkook took a hold of Taehyung's hand as he jumped to his feet, dropping his arm back to his side as the pair headed off from the skatepark. 

"Even if they're not after me... I suppose I have to be careful from now on."

Taehyung gave a nod, "Very careful. One sighting of you and it's game over."

Furrowing his brows, Jungkook couldn't help but let the thought cross his mind, "Say if I'm found to be staying with you..." his eyes drifted to meet with Taehyung's, "What would you guys do? Throw me out?" Jungkook wouldn't blame them if they did. 

There was a pause as Taehyung chewed on the bubblegum in between his teeth. He seemingly sunk into deep thought, blowing a pink bubble before it popped, some landing on his lips before he licked it away. "Knowing Namjoon, he definitely wouldn't throw you out."

Jungkook couldn't help but chuckle in disbelief, "Seriously?" he spoke with uncertainty. 

With a blank expression, Taehyung confirmed, "Seriously. All of us have been through our share of dangerous situations. Even if our past connections threatened the safety of the group, he never cast us out." he explained, blowing another bubble. 

"Good to know." Jungkook sighed, thankful that at least from now on, he had people to back him up. 

Continuing to make their way down the city streets, the sun began to set over the buildings. The glass windows reflected the golden light, casting it over their skin as they headed back home to the mansion before night fall.

"Guess who's back!" Taehyung announced, entering through the front doors of the mansion like some kind of king, strolling into the foyer with Jungkook following closely behind. 

Popping his head out from around the corner, Seokjin gave a smile, "Good timing, I need help setting out the table for dinner."

Hearing Seokjin's request, Taehyung was quick to pivot on his feet, "On second thoughts, forget I was ever here- Hey!?" Taehyung shout, grunting as Jungkook took a tight hold of the male's jumper. Wordlessly Jungkook dragged Taehyung towards the kitchen, pushing him towards Seokjin. 

Jungkook gave a tight lipped smile, "We'd be happy to help." he muttered, feeling the need to please the group as much as possible. The Jeons were in town, and even if they weren't after Jungkook, he couldn't help but feel as if he were going to get involved in some serious trouble sooner or later. Better to have Bangtan on his side. 

Rolling up his sleeves, Seokjin handed the plates and cutlery over to both Taehyung and Jungkook, dusting off his hands as he watched them go and set the table. 

Next to enter the room was Hoseok, wearing nothing but his loosely fitted track pants and a t-shirt, his inked arms were on full display. The delicate designs fitted perfectly together, some spiralling into others and covering his tanned skin. Finally Jungkook was able to notice the placement of Hoseok's gang tattoo, the flowers resting on his inner forearm surrounded by other similar deigns to make it subtle. "Hey." the hacker mumbled, ruffling his raven hair as he yawned. 

Turning off the stove, Seokjin rose a brow, "You either just woke up, or you're about to go to sleep."

Hoseok chuckled, "I just woke up... I'm gonna monitor the computers all night." he stated, sliding into one of the chairs at the kitchen bench, "I felt safer sleeping this morning when some of you guys were at home. It's better if I stay up incase anything goes wrong whilst you're all asleep."

Taehyung frowned, placing down a plate against the wooden table, "I guess with the Jeons in town, we can never be too careful." He shrugged, finishing setting up the dinning table. 

The four males all took a seat at the table, dishing out their meal. Steam rose from the tray and the scent wafted throughout the mansion, almost like a beacon for the rest of the members to signal that dinner had been served. 

Entering the kitchen next was Jimin, also dressed in comfortable clothing as he plopped into one of the empty seats, "Yoongi and Namjoon are asleep." he spoke tiredly, eyes lidded with sleep as he began to dish his meal. It was obvious to anyone that Jimin was now stressed over todays sudden news. 

To be honest... the entire week had been stressful. 

First there had been local gangs exchanging documents on their turf, then the party, and after that came Yoongi's unexpected run in with a member of the Jeons. Jimin couldn't help but shudder at the idea of being completely clueless. He could only hope that he was just over thinking things. 

Eyes scanning over the dinner table, Jimin slowly began to eat his meal as he watched everyone closely. Seated beside him, Jungkook appeared lost, almost as if he had slipped into thought. His brunette hair landed softly over his blank eyes as he slowly ate, brows furrowing every so often. Across from him sat Hoseok, the circles under his eyes suggesting that even if he had been getting sleep, he certainly wasn't getting enough of it. Then there was Taehyung and Seokjin, masking their fear with a normal expression. 

Jimin ran a hand through his hair, resting his head in the palm of his hand. 

Hopefully the Jeons would leave town soon.
