Death* thought in her head as she heard more painful screams upstairs. She only thought one thing.
There doing it.
She went upstairs to see them..

"OH GOD.."

Nazi on top of female Soviet and Nazi hands on her hips and waist as Soviet struggled under his grasp.
Both of them stopped when they heard the door open and Death came in looking at them with a huge blush on her pale skin and quickly but slowly walked away like nothing happened and muttering under her breath making the two blush redder than their flag and quickly scrambling away from eachother. Female Soviet went to follow Death and quickly explained everything and why their position is that. Only Death's response was:

"Oh.."

What actually happened:

Soviet and Nazi dared eachother to play Twister in the room upstairs since Death doesn't like to play games.
So they done it upstairs as not to disturb Death from her slumber.
So the game continues later on..
As they were playing..Nazi accidently tripped and fall on top of Soviet making Soviet yelp in surprise.
Nazi's position suddenly became awkward and uncomfortable..
His hands went to her hips and waist as he suddenly falls down.
He tried to stand up but his legs were tangled in the sheets and so does Soviet. The sheets fell from the bed due to the fall. It was the reason why Nazi tripped in the first place and landing onto Soviet. As they were trying to get out..Soviet accidently twisted her arm while doing so and that cause more trouble than they thought.
Nazi tried his best so he wouldn't hurt Soviet than she is right now.
As you could see in the dialogue she was in pain and Nazi being gentle with her arm. When, Death heard the noise upstairs she thought they were doing nasty stuff but instead they were stuck.
And that is the whole explanation, Soviet explained and that's why Death's response was..

"Oh.."
