"Im sorry that i didn't know what to say,I really can't see you crying like this because of me"Lucy said wiping away my tears

"No I'm sorry honestly,I've just been all over the place,I shouldn't have put you in that position"she didn't know what I had just gone through and Camila probably left the door open

"It's fine,if you hadn't done it I probably wouldn't have had the balls to do it"she said smiling tenderly at me

"So you do like me?"I said as I laughed at how nervous Lucy was

"Yeah,since high school if I'm being honest,I've just always been so scared"she said looking down at her hands

"Of me?"

"Of you not liking me back"

"Well here I am,I just,I don't want to move so fast"I said trying to take everything in

"That's fine I understand,you must still be feeling pretty shitty about the other one,we won't mention her name she is vanished from our vocab"she said making both of us laugh

"Thank you"I said hugging her again

"I just really want to be here for you,as whatever you need me"she said caressing my face,this is the love I needed,unconditional.

"Can you stay the night?"

"Don't you have work?"she said laughing reminding me of my excuse earlier at her condo

"Yeah I do,I know it was a poor excuse"

"It was but I mean you got out of there"

"Well now look at me"i said holding on to her

The morning came sooner than I wanted,I really did not want to see Camila,but this wasn't just about me I was carrying my parents last name and their legacy on me.

"I'll take you to work that way I can pick you up for lunch?"

"Yeah that sounds good"
We got into her car and as we got there Camilas car was already parked.

"Are you sure you want to do this"

"I mean I have to,for a couple of weeks at least"

"Alright call me if you need anything"she said hugging me before leaving,

I walked Into that office with my head held high,I did not have any reason to feel otherwise,I wasn't the one to hurt Camila, plus she was just a business partner and that's all she would be form now on.

"Miss Jauregui you have a meeting today with Miss Cabello and her parents"

"Uhm why was this not brought to my attention days ago?"I said a bit rudely

"Because it was made hours ago"Ela said looking at me like she feared for her life

"It's okay,Im sorry at what time is this happening?"

"Before lunch"

"Okay Thank you"i said walking to my office,I didn't care for that meeting,I really did this just for my parents, for their friendship with them. The only way I would be tied to the Cabellos was through business.
