( this chapter is from two interviews. Where Kartik said his dream date from Sara would be he would manage his schedule and take her for a week to New York . And Sara loves New York and wants a destination wedding in New York.)
Kartik Aaryan pov:
This month was so hectic and I did everything with extreme care and thinking more than once as I want everything to be perfect.
People say actors are very lucky they get what ever they want but that's always true. Even though there are advantages the downs are also equal.
You cannot have a normal life, this is the one thing I hate about being a actor. You can't walk with your friends to a restaurant. Leave friends you can't go alone in the first place.
But anyways here I am in the big Apple, which is none other than NEW YORK. This is my first time here and I am so nervous.
As soon as I landed I took my phone and called a very important person.
" Amrita, I have landed." I said as soon as she picked the call.
"Oh okay , but you know I am out of town and we are heading to Central Park now so how about I meet you when I am back in Mumbai??" Amrita ji replied to me and it indicated that she was surrounded by people.
"Ty Amrita, I will be there." I said ending the call and calling the cab 🚕.
I said my destination as Central Park and I couldn't stop looking at this amazing beautiful city on my ride.
I read the history of New York and the important places in New York and famous restaurants before coming here and when I crossed a familiar building I saw in the net I smiled remembering it.
"Sir we have arrived." The cab driver said as I was busy admiring the city.
"Thanks." I said getting down.
"Can you tell me where is the entrance " I asked him before he left .
"Can you see a bench there, that's the entrance." He showed me and left in a hurry.
I walked towards the bench and decided to sit until Amrita arrives.
My phone vibrated indicating that I had a message. "We are arrived." Is what it read and it was from Amrita ji.
"Okay thanks for the heads up." I replied back and saw them approaching me.
Before Sara could see me I went and hit behind a tree. Once I saw Sara entering into the park and walking I went behind her making sure she didn't turn back.
After few minutes she stopped to take in the view . I decided to approach.
I went near her and stood very close to her yet not touching her.

She decided to move a little back to get a better view and as she lifted her phone I guess she wanted to take a picture, but as she didn't know I was standing her head hit my face.
She stood like that for a second, I thought she knew it was me but she jumped and turned to see who it was.
"Kartikkkkkkkkk... kartikkkkkkkkkkkkkkk " she started to shout and everyone was seeing us.
"Yes Sara Baby." I said Hugging her so she could stop shouting.
"Sara... just stop shouting all are seeing us." I said softly.
"I don't care." She said.
"Baby news travel fast what if someone finds us." I said and only then she stopped shouting .
" I knew something was going to happen when mom said we are going to New York but I didn't expect this Kartik." She said looking my eyes.
I didn't know what came over me but when Sara looked at me like that I couldn't control myself . I lifted her a little above the ground and twirled her.
"You are full of surprises." She said giggling.
"That I am ." I said.
Only then i noticed Amrita ji is not near us.
"Where is your mom ??" I asked Sara.
"Oh no." She said checking to our right side and left side.
"Uffffhhhh she was taking the video." She pointed the finger where Amrita was standing.
We both walked towards her.
"Hey love birds, and hey Kartik." She said Hugging me.
"Ty Amrita for everything and it was so magical." I said Hugging her back.
"I just want both of you to be happy, so it's not a big deal Beta." She said.
"Mom ty." Sara hugged her.
"Okay you guys catch up , I am leaving." She said.
"No." We both said at the same time.
After getting a glare from Amrita I said "it's not fair for you to be alone."
"Who said I am alone Kartik, See i brought my friends . So it's a lady's trip." Amrita said pulling us to the entrance again.
There we saw two people waiting in the car . Amrita ji gave us introduction and Sara knew them but I didn't know who they were.
"So we are going to shopping and shall I meet you guys for dinner." She asked.
"Sure Amrita." I said opening the car door for her.
"Bye mom, haffun." Sara said.
Once her car left Sara turned back to me and said "Kartik, you don't know how much it means for me to be with you on New York. Please tell me I am not dreaming." She asked me.
"You are not dreaming Sara ." I said giving her a long kiss in her forehead. "Does it still look like a dream ??" I asked her .
"No no definitely no." She said.
"So what shall we do now ??" I asked her.
"So anyways we are in Central Park so let's see this and do you remember I posted a igtv video, let's see if we can find him." Sara said like a child who is high on sugar rush.
Fortunately we found him and it was so fun . We saw the whole of Central Park and heard it's stories .
"Kartik " Sara said pulling me to a bench. She made me sit and she was standing.
"Tell me what do you want to do ??" She asked me.
"Okay Sara , this is your favourite place and I just want to see how your life was here. Like which restaurant you usually go and your college route etc." I said smiling.
"So tomorrow first thing we will finish that and I am taking you to Empire State Building and other places." She said.
"Sure now come on let's not make your mom wait for us ." I said getting up.
It was so happy to see a carefree and sugar rush Sara . In Mumbai we could not go out and always try to escape from fans and paparazzi but her it's just us.
Sara was holding my arm so tightly while we were walking the whole time. I know it's just been a half a day still I wish I could stay here with Sara forever.
