NIGHT TIME CAME later that day and the crew made their way to The Crain House. Serena didn't have a bad feeling about this, she actually thought that this could be it.
On the way there, John B began to name some items to make sure they had everything.
"and I got the bug spray," Serena said, "I'm not gonna have millions of mosquitoes biting my ass."
"All right," John B chuckled as he parked the van.
"Let's go get rich, guys," JJ said as John B got out of the front seat of the van and opened the door to the back.
"Wait guys," John B said, "I wanna day thank you, guys...seriously, it means a lot to me that you're here tonight."
"We're a family," Serena said with a small smile, "No matter what happens."
"Always," Kiara added.
"Of course," Pope said and they did their little hand shake.
"All right, we done with the circle jerk?" JJ asked, "Can we go do this?"
Serena laughed at JJ which made him smile, "Let's do this," Serena said and hopped out of the van.
When the crew approached the house, a motion sensor light turned on, making the friends duck down. John B and Kiara told the others to turn off their flash lights.
"Okay, so she has motion sensor lights," JJ whispered, "We could, uh... move really slowly, maybe?"
"That's not how it works," Serena said, "Maybe there's another way around."
"Oh, shit, legs throw a rock at it," JJ suggested.
"That's a really good idea," Kiara scoffed, "Let the axe murderer know that we're here!"
"You have a better idea?" John B asked.
"Literally anything but that," Kiara remarked.
"What about the breaker?" Sarah asked, "In the circuit box on the porch," Sarah looked at Serena then back at John B, "We use to play hide-and-seek here as kids and if we were brave enough, we'd go all the way up to the porch, i've seen it."
"No, no," John B said, "You're not going in the house alone."
