Jasmine aka Regianne is a black Brazilian beauty content creator. Yes, Brazil has black people for those who don't know. Fun fact: Brazil has the the highest black population outside of Africa. 😊 I felt compelled to add this information because I've had people comment and say Jasmine isn't black although I've seen her parents. So yes, she's black! 😊😊😊
