3rd person POV:

"What is this?" asked the orange haired girl as she got closer to the gate, "It's a gate. It connects the inside and outside." said a monotone voice, "Outside, huh. We've never been outside before..." said a short (H/C)-ette  "That's because we've been here since we were born." said the albino "Mom always tells us doesn't she? 'Don't go to the gate because it's dangerous.'" said the orange haired child. "that's obviously a lie." said the raven haired boy "really?" questioned the girls in unison.

"Hey Ray! what do you want to if you go outside?" asked Emma "I don't know. What about you?" Asked the boy with black hair "I wanna ride a giraffe together with Y/n!" Said the orange haired girl immediately while hugging the short girl.

The short girl giggled and hugged her friend as a response. "good luck" Said Ray while leaning against the metal bars.

"I wonder... I wonder what the gate is protecting us from." The albino wondered as he walked closer to the gate.

                                                                                    --Years later--

The sun rises in the sky while the sleeping children rest in their beds, A loud bell awakes the orange-ette while she proceeds to exclaim "Everyone, wake up! Or you'll be late for breakfast!" Then she proceeds to shake awake the girl in the bed to her right, "Y/n! wake up!" she shakes her friend while the girl hides herself under the covers, "Just a bit longer..." the girl struggles but ends up standing up anyways.

 As the kids start to get ready for the day the two girls help with the younger ones, "hey wait for me!" "No way" "Hey, stop messing around and get ready!" "Emma, I can't get my shoes on" "Y/n I need help with my shoelaces!" "Okay, hold on. don't cry" Emma told the boy "Give me just a second" Y/n told the girl as she finished helping her other sibling button his shirt.

As the children headed to the dinning room, Y/n holding Phil in her arms, "Good morning Don, Connie, Little Bunny!" The girls greet the kids which they reply with "good morning, Emma and Y/n!".

Once they got to their destination Lanni and Thoma playfully bump into Emma which caused them to be chased by Emma, "they're at it again..." Gilda told Y/n as she helped place the dishes "It's impressive how much energy they have this early" Y/n told her friend.

"Morning Norman, Ray!" Greeted Y/n when she saw her two friends approaching "Good morning, Y/n" Greeted Norman with a kind smile, "Morning Y/n" Said Ray, as they continued to talk an Orange-ette pops in "Mwh-orning Ray, Norman!" Greeted Emma in her usual cheerful voice, Norman greeted her as Ray began to mock her "how old are you again, five?" Said Ray "I'm eleven! same as you guys!, and one of the oldest ones here!" defended Emma, then she heard two light laughs.

"You're laughing ,too, Y/n, Mom?" Emma whined feeling betrayed "Emma, can you give me a hand over here?" Their Mom asked "But Mom, I wanna redo my entrance from the beginning!" Complained the girl "why that's the part I love about you," The tall women told her "That I'm five years old on the inside?". The women and the girl continued to talk as Y/n walked toward her friends and talked for a while.

--Y/n's POV--

As we all sat down Mom ringed the bell, "good morning, my dear children. Let's give thanks that all 38 of you siblings are able to live here happily, today, too...Thank you for the food" Mom finished as we proceed to reply, "thank you for the food."

"Answer each question within nine seconds, we will now begin." a recorded voice told me as the test began, as I answered the questions in the screen, my mind started to wonder off the test and started thinking of random things.
