--Y/n's POV--

"Right! There is someone I want to introduce to you guys!" Emma tells us, we are currently in the library because Emma said she wanted us to meet someone.

"The person I wanted you guys to meet is... right here" She shows us the first page of... a book?.

"Mister William Minerva?" I ask her, she nods. "Who is he?" Norman asks me, "My favorite author and the author of many books here, I also got the idea for the bracelets from one of his books, remember?" I tell him, he nods.

"And he's the previous owner of this books. But he could be in our side," Emma tells us, "WHat do you mean?" "He's been hiding secret messages in this book,  and not in just one book, but in lots of them!" Emma tells us.

I gasp "You mean-" I cut myself off as I go search for his books.

"A label that indicates the book's owner before it got here" Ray says, "Okay, but where is the message?" Norman asks, "Look closer!" I cheerfully tell him.

"They all have the same owl... wait, the circle!" He realizes, "Bingo!" I congratulate him. "It says... run... then this one.. doubt.. and this one... danger.. and the last one says.. truth. But with just this..." He gets interrupted by Emma and I bringing more books.

"This ones are, harvest, monsters, and finally farm. This is.." Norman says "It's a message from the outside, hidden from the demons and adults. I think we can at least trust that" Ray comments, "At least?" Norman asks him.

"Unlike this two, I tend to be more suspicious than this two, so yeah" He tells him while hitting Emma and I's heads. "This man could be a possible ally for us, but sadly, we don't know if he's dead or alive." Ray finishes.

I look down for a few seconds, thinking. "There could be a chance that there is a biography in here given that he has so many books... But I doubt there are any" I tell them. "William Minerva, is a man from the outside that is aware of this farm. And although it may be indirectly, he's trying to help us escape." Norman tells us.

"That's right!" Emma agrees "There's an ally on the outside, and he might still be alive, If that's true, then there could be a society of humans outside!" Norman tells Emma, "Exactly!"

"This kind of messages are only in Minerva's books, It's hard to tell when this labels were put inside..." Emma says, I give her a hopeful smile "At least we know that one was attached after 2015" I tell her.

"Are we aware of anything else? Like, if the books have some kind of similarity ?" Norman asks, "Nope, the genres are varied. The publishers and years they were published-" Ray answers him but gets cut off by Emma "But what about, uh, which one was it?, oh, We don't understood the Morse code on those two books" Emma tells us while pointing at two books we weren't able to figure.

"One is a typical adventure novel, and the other is a mythology book that I don't quite understand" I tell them," Okay I might be a bit of a bookworm for Mr. Minerva's books" I tell Ray as he looks at me confused.

"There's no Morse code on this, as for this one... promise? What does that mean?" Norman asks himself (laughs in manga reader).

"I think there might be some kind of meaning in this two. Like, how this one has no Morse code and has some pages ripped out." Emma guesses. "So you think this two books are special?" Norman asks her.

"Yeah, If I'm right... then I think its more than likely that this will become an important guide for us" Emma says. "Based on what?" Ray asks her, "A hunch!" Emma answers him cheerfully which earns her an 'are you serious' look from Ray and a nervous chuckle from me.
