[ ONGOING ] Emily is presented the best news ever, her dream had finally come true, he goes to tell her boyfriend but finally out something much more painful than him. She also starts to realise that she has feeling's for Sam Walsh. This is her story
I can tell that Sam's nerves are starting to rise. I mean what ever we find out today will either be really exciting and amazing news, or painful and hard to hear!
"What do you think will happen" Sam asks me
"I don't know, I haven't been able to fully take a good look at your leg, so I cant say until Will and I have done a full work up" I say
"Yeah okay" Sam says, looking out the window. I can just tell that Sam doesn't know what to think.
"Sam I'm sure your fine, given you not in any pain, unless your lying to me" I say trying my best to reassure him
"I love you" Sam says
"I love you too, but you cant lie to me" I reply
"Don't worry, I'm not, just trust me I'm not in any pain" He says
"Good, I mean I'll find out anyways" I say as we park the car at Ikon Park and we start to walk in
"Hey look, who's that" A mum says
"Its Sammy Walsh" the probably around 4 year old said
"Yes it is" Sam says as he squats down to be eye level with him " What's your name"
"Ben" he says
"Well its very nice to meet you" Sam says
"Would you mind taking a photo with him" The mum asks as she snaps the photo

"Who's your favourite player" the mum asks Ben
"Number 18 for the Carlton" Ben says and Sam smiles
"Well, I'm very proud to be your favourite player" Sam says and Ben smiles as well and asks "Can you sign my Guernsey"
"I would love to" Sam says and Ben turns around "You've got my number on your back" he says and he signs Ben Guernsey
"Yeah" Ben says turning back around
"It's my first jumper and I wanted your number" Ben continues on
"Well, I'm very proud to be your favourite player, do you want to play for the baggers one day" Sam asks and Ben nods
"Well maybe by the time you are drafted I could still be at Carlton and we could play today " Sam says
"Please don't leave Carlton" the young kids says
"Trust me I don't want to" Sam replied back
"Say bye Ben" the mum says
"Bye" Ben said
"See ya" Sam says and gives a fist bump to the young fella and we head through the Carlton doors
"Aww he was so cute" I say
"Yeah, imagine if we have one of those" Sam says and a huge smile on his face "You would be the best mum, and your mum would be so proud of you"
"Thank you, I could just imagine you teaching the baby how to handpass a footy as soon as they come out" I say
"Oh yeah definitely" Sam says smiling "They will be a footy player"
"Well only if they want to" I say
"Uh" Sam said
"Let's finish this conversation when we are actually in that situation" I say as we walk into the med rooms and meet up with Will
"Hey you two" Will says
"Hiya" I say
"G'day" Sam said
"Okay, well I'm sure Em has told you what will are gonna do, so let's not waste anytime and get started" Will says
We start with some basic strength exercise such as single leg squat, slow walking making sure that his knee is still strong and single leg balance to make sure that his strength is still somewhat normal. We also did a basic physical examination to make sure that structurally the knee and ankle bone have not been affected by the extra time off and all seemed good!
"Okay, Sam, do you just wanna go outside and Em and I can talk" Will asks
"Yeah no worries" Sam says and heads outside
"What do you think" Will asks me
"We can see that his strength hasn't been affected, and from what I could feel, structurally his knee feels fine, which is all signs for him to play this week against Melbourne" I say
"I completely agree" Will said as we both get up and head back out to Sam
"Let's go and meet up with Teague" Will said
"So?" Sam asks, even though he knows that I wont tell him. I don't reply I just give him a baby death stare
"Fine" he says like a kid who you stole lollies from
"Your so petty, I cant" I say and he wraps his arms around me
"Yeah but you love me" he says and as Will knocks on the coaches door
"Come in" Teague says "Hey guys, whats the verdict" and we all sit down
"Woah, straight to the point" Sam says
"Yeah, its obvious we need you back Walshy" Teague says
"Well, we wont get into the details, but form the physical and strength exam, Em and I both agree that Sam is fit enough to play against the Demons" Will said
"Wait really" Sam say
"Yep" I say back and immediately his arms wrap around me once again, consuming me
"Well then, Sam, you will be playing this week" Teague says "We will let the boys know on Monday, but feel free to let Fish and any other guys know"
"Well thank you" Sam says standing up shaking Will and Teague's hand
"Well, I'll see you on Monday" Teague said
"Yep" Sam says and we all head out the door and we head back to the entrance
"Well, I'll see you on Monday" I say to Will
"Yep see you guys" Will said and we waved goodbye
"You ready to play" I ask him and we walk to the car
"Yeah, it's been a while since you have been to a game that I've played in " Sam says
"You are too cute, have I told you that" I say
"No, maybe you should" Sam said and I give him a kiss
"Can I drive" Sam asks, as I nod and hand him my keys
The drive home was long cuz it was rush hour which sucks , but we got home quickly and I can just tell that Sam wants to tell Zac the good news!

Also, with exams coming up, I pre-wrote a bunch of chapters but they got super interesting so I was on a roll with writing, so expect a chapter update every 3 days or so for the next couple of weeks!
