ETHAN'S P.O.V.

"ughhh" I groan as I open my eyes and close them back as quickly.
The light from the room hurt like crazy when I opened them.
My head is pounding and my jaw hurts.
What the hell happened?
I slowly roll over onto my stomach.
I open my eyes again since I was facing down and look to the glass of our loft windows. The curtains were drawn open.
The night sky is dark and the lights of the city illuminates throughout.
Why am I on the floor of my bedroom? Where's Quinn?
I adjust my eyes to the light in the room and get up.
My back ache when I stood up and so did my head.
I felt dizzy. I stand still until it wore off.
I looked around and didn't see Quinn so I went into the bathroom.
Standing in front of the mirror I inspect myself.
I look like shit and I'm sure I smell like it too.
The ride side of my jaw is black and blue. I touch it and flinch.
"So instead of dealing with our problems, you're running off to go and play nurse with your father? You aren't capable of helping me but you think you can help him? You are useless Quinn. Useless I tell you."
I instantly remember what happened.
I slam my fist into the mirror and slide to the floor. I let the tears fall for the first time.
Did I really call my fiance useless? I really couldn't have.
What if I hurt her?
I pull my knees towards me and drop my head.
She left me!
She can't leave me, I love her!
How dare she!
I get up starting to get angry!
Everything in this place is a memory of her. She deserted me and I need her. What kind of woman does that?
Instead of solving our problems she leaves me.
I know she was lying. I doubt anything is wrong with her father. As drunk as I was I remember her not being able to makw eye contact and her eye twitched before answering me.
That was a sure sign she was about to lie to me. Something she has done since she left me the first time.
Does that mean she's not coming back?
