Naomi and I watched TV till around eleven o'clock before Matteo, Lucifer, Noah, Dane, Carter, and the C twins walked into my room. They were super loud, and I couldn't hear Spencer's genius revelation about the unsub.

For someone who doesn't like the police very much, I am very interested in this show. Profilers are a different breed in the government. Honestly, I didn't realize there were so many branches to the government. I mean, I passed most of my history classes, but seeing it acted out is entirely different.

Naomi continued to rave on and on about Hotch and Derek. She says Derek has the charm, but Hotchner has this thing to him. I told her she was crazy, and Prentiss was where it's at. She also agreed with me on that.

"What are we watching?" Matteo said, falling back onto my bed. I rolled my eyes before moving over slightly, making room for him. He crawled up to my side and laid on his stomach. At first glance, these boys are scary as shit, but they are just dumbasses when you get a good look.

"Criminal Minds," I answered back, keeping my eyes on the television, not wanting to miss the arrest the agents were about to make. The rest of the boys all sat down in front of my bed on the floor. Now I am convinced they are dumbasses because there are armchairs all over this apartment of a room.

"Boring," Carlo said, dismissing the fact that I was watching the show and taking the remote out of my grasp. I thought about struggling with him for the remote, but I decided to let him pick a show since I'm new to this whole Netflix thing.

"What do you all want to watch?" Carlo said before plopping back in his seat on the floor after committing theft.

"No excuse us, Rose. Let me walk into your room, change the show, and pretend I'm not even here," I said before crawling over Naomi and walking to the bathroom. I did my business hearing all of them arguing about what to watch. I washed and dried my hands before putting my hair into a messy bun since it was frizzy.

Walking out, I saw all of them sitting contently, staring intently at the screen. "What'd you guys pick?" I said, settling back in my spot on the bed.

"A classic Scary Movie," I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"Isn't scary movies a genre?" I said, clearly confused. All of them turned around and looked at me like I'm crazy.

"Don't think my offer to removing eyes only extended to people at school," I said, sending them a glare. I always feel unsettled when too much attention is on me. Attention was never a good thing from my experience; therefore, I created an intense hatred for it.

Matteo's eyes widened a fraction before opening his mouth to explain. "The movie is called Scary Movie. Have you not watched it?" Matteo said, sounding curious. I couldn't detect any judgment in his voice, making me visibly relax from my tensed position.

"This is my first time on Netflix," I said, shrugging my shoulders. I could tell all of them were shocked. Well, besides Carter and Dane. I understand why Dane isn't surprised, but Carter, I have no idea.

"No way! We can have a Netflix marathon sometime. I mean not today because Dane is hogging you, but maybe another time!" Matteo started wiggling around in his place, excited.

Another reason he is currently the easiest to hang out with is that he never judges and only looks for the positive. We start watching the movie, and besides it being scary like the title, it's stupid in a funny way, like Carlo.

In the middle of the movie, Dane stood up and looked towards me. I'm assuming that was a signal as let's go. I got up, grabbed my purse with some cash, and walked out of the room with him.

"Where are we going?" I asked after we go into his car. One thing is for sure is that Dane is fucking loaded. However, I one hundred percent believe that he would be the same Dane without money.

"You wanna go to the diner?" He asked, looking over to me, pulling out of the estate.

"Anywhere with food, " I said, shrugging my shoulders. "What exactly are we trying to achieve a going to lunch?" I assumed he wanted to talk, but what does he want to tell me?

"You deserve an explanation, and I need to apologize," he said, keeping his eyes on the road.

"Hmm," He does need to explain, not apologize. He wanted to leave, so he did. If he's not sorry, then I don't want an apology. Relieving the guilt, he may feel is not my job.

We get to the diner after a silent ride. I could tell Dane was nervous. He was never really good at hiding his emotions.

Walking in the same euphoric feeling I got the first time I entered came to me. Something about this place makes me feel safe. It's so warm and smells of excellent greasy food.

Dane led the way to the booth in the back corner next to the window. A waitress came and gave us menus and took our drink orders.

"So why did you fall off the face of the Earth?" I said, putting my elbows on the table and leaning forward. I wanted to hear this. The one person who cared enough to be there for me left me.

Abandoned me with no goodbye. He was almost fourteen, but I knew damn well he had a phone. I had a phone that I bought for myself at the time also. Is it that fucking hard to call? To pick up any phone and call someone who was there for you. Through every stupid fight, you had with your parents. Every time you needed company, I was there.

I can't help but feel dramatic for being hurt about it. Except he was the only hope, I had that things would get better. That I was worth caring for. But I wasn't even worth that.

"I ran away from home," no shit Sherlock. "My father wanted to send me to military school," he ran away because of fucking military school. "I was on my own for a couple of months before I got arrested for assault with a deadly weapon, " that is what caught my attention.

"My parents found me after I spent a few months and jail and got me out somehow, they sent me to the house in New York and ended up here last year, "

"One question, " I said, looking into his eyes. "Did you happen to get in an accident and lose your fucking memory?!" I said, just a tiny bit pissed off.

"No?" he said like I just asked a crazy question.

"Oh, so you remembered me, and how to work a God damn phone!" I said, slapping his forehead.

"Rose, I'm so sorry. I didn't want to drag you into the whole mess, " Dabe said, finally apologizing.

"You are supposed to drag me into your messes. I'm your best friend, or was since I was irrelevant, my only friend I ever had got up and left me!" I said, almost yelling, thankfully didn't gain anyone's attention.

He opened his mouth about to answer, but before he could, the waitress came to the table with our drinks ready to take our order.
