Adrianna's POV.

Marcus walked past us and down the hall and then a big commotion went off between Carla's father trying to get to him, get a good hit on him maybe but police held him back and everything continued in the station. I needed to go talk to the little girls and parents, "I'm going to go talk to them" I told Derek he nodded his head guiding me to the room they were all in. "Can you get me a tea please?" I was asking politely but he knew it was for some privacy, Carla's parents looked at me and pity and horror crawled onto their faces. I gave them a smile then nearly fell backwards from the impact my legs just took from Carla and Lila hugging me, it warmed my heart to know I meant so much to them, that I was the person I thought Gideon was to me, that just made me realize how much I truly meant to them.

I hugged them back as much as I could without wincing in pain, the pain killers were starting to wear off and I could definitely start to feel what happened. I lead the kids over to the sofa and sat beside them to talk I didn't know what I was going to say I was just hoping it would come to me. "Did he hurt you Adri?" Carla asked and it felt abnormal to hear a 9-year-old little girl speak with such concern and I could feel yet again tears springing to my eyes, but I pushed them back down I refuse to cry in front of these girls, I was their rock someone they could look up to and know it's going to be okay. "Yes, he did. However, I am stronger than that man and will bounce back like last time just like you girls will do. I'm going to give you guys my number so if you ever want to call or visit ring me okay and I want you girls to exchange numbers so you can talk to each other. You two will be each other's greatest support system because you went through it together. This situation only makes you stronger and do not allow someone to use this event against you in any way okay?" I said this in a stern but meaningful way, so they knew I meant it. "Now I know Lila you're coming back with us to Quantico, but the distance does not mean a thing okay" they nodded in understanding, Derek walked into the room with my tea "We're starting the questioning if you want to come and watch. You don't have to it was just a thought" Derek rambled; it was cute when he did ramble it showed he's not the confident player he had everyone to believe he was.

I stood telling the girls and parents if they needed anything to just ask one of the officers and they would get it them, walking towards the interrogation room with tea in my hands going to stand and watch this man through one way glass.
