Here's the first chapter, it starts off with a flash back. I hope you like it.
2 weeks earlier.....
Davina's pov
I wake up to banging at my cell door so I sit up on my bed and glare at the asshole who dared to disturb my sleep. He just walks away making me sigh as I stand up and proceed to get ready, today is just gonna be another day of tests. Even though I have powers now, they still keep on doing tests on me and it's a real pain in the ass fortunately though today I won't suffer any longer as I plan to break free.
For months I've been planning and plotting how to escape and I know just how to do it plus I have inside help from a scientist who apparently didn't know what she was walking into when she signed up to work in the labs here but then she saw what they were doing to me and I suppose she felt bad for me so she reached out discretely and told me she would help me get away.
Once I'm ready, my cell door is opened and two Hydra guards walk over and they uncuff my hands from the chain that's connected to the wall which is designed to keep me confined to the bed. The guards put a new set of cuffs on me making me roll my eyes as they tug at the cuffs pulling me along behind them. I swear to god I'm going to make every single person in this facility suffer for what they've done to me.
The guards lead me into a lab that has a glass mirror so scientists and Hydra officials can view what happens during experiments but I can't see them unfortunately but I know they're there, they're always there.
Hydra's head scientist turns to me and grins just as footsteps are heard and I feel dread wash over me as I turn and see Daniel Whitehall walk in. Daniel Whitehall is the head of this Hydra facility and he carries out and executes the experiments. He is a very cruel man and I hate him with every fibre in my body.
"Hello 269, ready for your next experiment?" he asks tilting his head as he looks at me, analyzing me "bite me" I snap glaring at me making him chuckle in amusement. "Oh I admire that fiery spirit of yours but I will soon beat it out of you" he retorts before turning to the scientist as two other prisoners are dragged in. "Today, we are experimenting with these crystals" he states holding out his hand and revealing three blue crystals making the scientist instantly gawk at them.

"A-Are those what I think they are?" the scientist asks looking at Whitehall "yes, indeed they are. I obtained them in Beijing, I only have the three unfortunately but it will be enough for us to carry out at least one little experiment" he explains as he holds one of the crystals up.
"If the rumors are true, these crystals can reveal ones true self or it could kill you. Either way, we're going to find out" he states before turning to me "and I wonder what it will do to you. Will it kill you or reveal something else inside you?" he questions inching closer to me so I spit in his face making him close his eyes.
