Meredith: We all get at least one good wish a year over the candles on our birthday. Some of us throw in more...on eyelashes...fountains...lucky stars. And every now and then...one of those wishes comes true.

Sitting on top of a bathroom counter, Audrey throws her head back in pleasure as Lucas presses against her, kissing up and down her neck. She grabs onto his face, bringing his lips to hers as she begins lifting the bottom of his shirt up. They get cut off when her alarm starts going off, making him sigh as she pulls back, hanging his head

Audrey: "Time's up."

Lucas: "Come on 5 more minutes."

Audrey: "Nope." she shakes her head, pushing him back as she gets off the counter, grabbing her stuff

Lucas: "Oh come on. What's the point of just having fun if we can't...have fun?" he trails off, moving his head to her neck as he begins kissing her again

Audrey: "We both have work."

Lucas: "Well then how about we meet in the on-call room later? Heard people have a lot of fun in those." he smirks as she presses a kiss to his lips, pulling back after a moment to walk out the room

Audrey: "Bye, Joe." she waves at him, putting her jacket on as he gives her a knowing look

Joe: "Make sure to keep your hair down."

Meredith: So what then? Is it as good as we hoped? Do we bask in the warm glow of our happiness? Or...do we just notice we've got a long list of other wishes waiting to be wished?

Coming down different hallways, Audrey, Meredith, and Cristina intersect at one, going down the same hall as the two women stay silent, making Audrey who stands in the middle, look between the two with an annoyed look

Audrey: "Ok, this is getting old. When are you two gonna talk to each other?" she questions, looking between them as they stay silent "Oh, so now I'm getting the silent treatment?" she scoffs, shaking her head "Great."

Bailey: "Okay, we gotta move fast, people, so focus. Uh, O'Malley, the pit. Karev, you're with me. We've got a surgery. Stevens, the clinic budget is due. Davidson, you're with Dr. Hines. Yang, Grey, wait for the chief at the trauma bay."

Cristina: "What? Why?"

Meredith: "Both of us?"

Bailey: "Yes, both of you. I don't know what. I don't know why. Just go."

Zachary: "Their short rib and chorizo burrito is delicious." he nods as they stand next to a food truck a few blocks from the hospital

Audrey: "What if you're a vegetarian?"

Zachary: "Then I would go with the tofu kimchi quesadilla."

Audrey: "Can I get a pork and chili taco, please."

Waiter: "Yeah." he nods as Audrey turns to see the look on Zachary's face

Audrey: "What? You said get anything I want."

Zachary: "Hey, no judgement here." he holds his hands up in defense

Audrey: "My mother is not gonna be happy with me."

Zachary: "Why?"

Audrey: "Promised I'd try to keep a healthy diet. Lasted for all about 8 minutes."
