Meredith: "Secrets can't hide in science. Medicine has a way of exposing the lies. Within the walls of the hospital, the truth is stripped bare. How we keep our secrets outside the hospital... Well, that's a little different. One thing is certain. Whatever it is we're trying to hide, we're never ready for that moment - when the truth gets naked. That's the problem with secrets. Like misery, they love company. They pile up and up until they take over everything. Until you don't have room for anything else. Until you're so full of secrets, you feel like you're going to burst.

Izzie: "George. You locked the door. l need to take a shower." she says jiggling the door handle

George: "Uh, uh, l'll be out in a minute."

Izzie: "What are you doing in there?"

George: "lt's private."

Izzie: "Oh. Oh, God. l'm sorry. l get it. l don't mean to interrupt." she says laughing

George: "No, it's not that!"

Izzie: "lt's ok. Take your time."

George: "l am not doing what you think l'm doing."

Izzie: "There's really no need to explain. l'll wait. You just finish."

George: "No, l'm-l'm coming. l'm coming out!"

Audrey: "What's going on?" she asks coming over to Izzie

Izzie: "George is having some me time." she says smirking

Audrey: "Ew gross. You know you have a room for this right?" she says calling out to him as he opens the bathroom door

Izzie: "There's no reason to be ashamed. lt's normal. Healthy, even."

George: "l'm not ashamed 'cause l wasn't doing anything. l don't have to. l have a girlfriend."

Audrey: "An imaginary girlfriend?"

George: "An actual girlfriend."

Izzie: "You know what? lt's no big deal. You don't have to lie. l get it. You have needs.
Oh!" she says as Meredith opens her door making Izzie almost fall

Meredith: "What is going on out here?"

George: "Nothing."

Izzie: "Nothing." she says when George gives her a look

George: "Nothing." he says softly walking away

Izzie: "He's freaked out 'cause l caught him playing with little Jimmy and the twins."

George: "l have a girlfriend." he says closing his door

Izzie: "Ok."

Derek: "This sounds like fun out here." he says coming out of the room as Izzie laughs and goes in the bathroom while Audrey goes to her room

Richard: "There's too much damage. We'll have to remove most of the colon instead of a local resection. Mmm" he says after his stitch comes apart and he tries it again but fails making him clear his throat "You gotta push it up. More suture. And what's with these damn lights in here?" he asks as Meredith adjusts the lights "Retract here."

Bailey: "Oh! This just isn't holding."

Richard: "Give me a bigger retractor, please." he says as it falls on the floor

Woman: "Sorry, doctor."

Richard: "lt wasn't you. Dr. Bailey, you can finish this." he says clearing his throat
