It's been 1 year since me and Five got stuck in the apocalypse,
Im still in love with him and him being the only human being alive besides myself only makes me love him more.

"You cant hide it forever"
Delores tells me as I read a book,

(Yes she talks in this, but its only what Five and Y/n hear her say, hope that makes sense)

I close my book and look up at her,
"You know what? Your right"
"When am I not?"
She responds with sass.
"Im gonna tell him"
I say, standing up.

"Tell him what?"
I turn around to Five with a wagon full of various item's.
"Nothing"
I reply while taking the items out of the wagon and putting them away.

"Well, that's it"
I say rubbing my hands together,
"Now its my turn to scavenge"
I tell them as I walk over to the wagon.

"Chicken"
Delores remarks at me,
I send her a glare.
"Uh ok, just be safe please?"
"Of course"
I give him a hug before taking the wagon and walking off to find anything useful.

Time skip*

I walk for about 30 minutes when I spot something shiny in the distance,
I run over it and it was a, sledge hammer?
(Ahhhh shit, now we officially walmart Thor)

Im not sure what it could be uses for but its something, so I pick it up and put it in the wagon.

I keep walking and eventually come across some canned food and a few jackets that aren't destroyed.
I walk back and when I arrive I hear Five talking to Delores.

"Thanks"
He tells her as I set the handle of the wagon on the floor.
Five hears me and stands up immediately,
"Hey"
"Hi"

He looks in the wagon and raises ans eyebrow at the hammer in the wagon.
"Is that a-"
He cuts him self off,
I nod in response.
I was confused as to why the hammer was here, as well was Five.

He started taking rhe cloths and food out of the wagon, but when he tries to lift the hammer it wouldn't budge.
He gives me a weird look and tries to pick it up again but it stays put.

"Why can't I pick it up?"
He asks no one in particular,
"I don't know"
I pick up the hammer and spin it around.
"Maybe im special"
I shrug and he rolls his eyes.

"Okay put that thing-"
"Im gonna call it a mjolnir"
I cut him off.
(Lets pretend the avengers don't exist in this universe ok?)

"Ok, can you put the mjolnir down for a second?"
He asks me, he seems nervous though and I have no idea why though.

I set the mjolnir down and walk over to him,
He grabs both of my hands in his.
"Y/n we both have been best friends for as long as I can remember"
I was really confused, did he not want to be my friend anymore?

"But there is something I need to tell you"
"What is it?"
I ask him, really nervous for what he was about to say.

"I love you"
'What!?'
"Look Y/n- I have a crush on you since we were 10 and after having a crush on you for more than 3 years I've fallen in love with you"

I was speechless, my crush of almost 5 years just said he was in love with me.
"Please say something"
Five whispers, his voice laced with sadness.

At that point I don't think and I just do what my heart tells me to do and I kiss him,
He kisses me back and after a few seconds we both pull away, smiling at each other.
