Non-despair AU

Miu's POV.

I was woken by my boyfriend, Kokichi, jumping on the bed and shouting, "Miu! Miu! baby! Wake up!" he exclaimed, "Five more minutes~" I groans, pulling my pillow above my face. I hear him huff and he gets up, "Do you even know why I'm getting you up so early?" he asked, "No?" I replied.

"I have to get my top surgery in two hours!" he shouted making me jolt up. I had completely forgotten about that. "Why're you getting me up so early then?" I asked, "because it takes an hour to drive there and you like to stop a lot which makes it an hour and a half" he sounded like he was scolding me.

"You're not wrong, let me get my clothes on then we can head out alright?"

"Alrighty!" he exclaimed before leaving. I could tell he was beyond excited and happy. It made me smile.

I put on my clothes and walked out of our room, "Yay! Let's go!" He exclaimed before hopping off the couch and running out the door. I quickly grabbed two apples and followed him.

"You can eat your apple after surgery, I think the doctor said you can't consume anything before" I said, he nodded.

After a long drive Kokichi and I rush in. We get checked in and sat down in the waiting area.

I look over at Kokichi who seemed to be a little nervous. I smiled at him and held his hand, "Why're you scared?" I asked.

"Will it hurt?" He asked making me laugh, "Dumbass they put you to sleep" he gave me an embarrassed looked and sighed from relief.

"Kokichi Ouma" a doctor said. Kokichi stood up and followed the doctor to the back while I stayed put.

Time skip

I was awoken from a nap when I heard my boyfriend shout.

"Miu! I have a flat chest!" Kokichi exclaimed, happy tears in his eyes. I smiled at him and ruffled his hair.

"He'll need to be careful for about a month since he had stitches" the doctor told me, knowing Kokichi wouldn't listen to anything at the moment because was excited. I nodded and thanked her.

" Let's check you out alright" he nodded and skipped over to the front desk.

This was short ik but I lost ideas and it took me two days to actually try and finish bc of studying for my end of year testing so sorry about that
