At Manav's House

Manav was sad. He came out of his room. Walked down the stairs and went to where his trophies were kept. Along with it was a picture of his grandfather.

He started recalling his father's word while seeing the picture.

Do you know what a real dream is? Let me tell you. Without the socio- economic base,  all dreams are nonsense. Grandfather did not take over great grandfather's business.(He picked up the picture and started seeing it).The family's business was unfortunately cut off. So I went to study and pick up skills to develope this family business. And now my dream came true.

He held the picture closer to him and hugged it. After few seconds, he kept it back at its place.

He again recalled what his father said.

Do you really think that Mr. Rathore in Star Entertainment see your talent? They only feature you because you have a rich father.

Then Manav went a little ahead. There was a heart shaped box kept. He picked it up and opened it. There was a small diamond inside it. He touched it.

Again he recalled his fathers words.

A man should have a vision. You just can't spend your life singing and dancing only. You should look further ahead and expand your ambition. Then the whole world will be your stage.

He closed the box. (You all will get to know about the diamond inside the box as the story goes on)

Scenes Shifts(At the company)

Unnati takes out her files and arranges them on the table. She had no work at that time so she started clicking selfies and was going to post it on Instagram.

Bhumika(Manav's Manager) enters.

Bhumika: You seem to be idiling. (She places her hand in front of her telling her to give her the phone) Is it fun?

She takes her phone and keeps it on Unnati's table only.

Bhumika: Go get my package downstairs. Then bring it to my office. (She starts checking her phone) Go, hurry.

Unnati nods her head, takes her phone and goes to the reception.

Unnati: I am here to take Bhumika's package.

Receptionist: Yes, wait a minute.

Unnati was waiting. So, she started clicking selfies again.

Author's Pov

So Unnati was clicking the pictures when suddenly Mr. Rathore entered the company with a lady. The lady turned around to face him and the lady actually liked him so she tried to get close to him. At that time, Unnati clicked the selfie and Mr. Rathore and the lady were captured together in it. Unnati liked her picture and she never saw Mr. Rathore at that time and did not even bother to see them in the background. She posted that picture on Instagram and captioned it "In the mood for a feast, anyone with me?"

Meanwhile the receptionist came back.

Receptionist: Here's the package.

Unnati: Thank you.

Receptionist: Please sign here.

Scene shifts

Mr. Rathore and the lady were in the lift. The lady tried to hold his arms. Mr. Rathore didn't say anything and just removed her hand. She again went and held his hands. He turned to face her and removed his hands.

Lady: What's wrong? You look so nervous.

Mr. Rathore: Didn't I tell you not to come to the company? Why don't you listen?

Lady: Do you hate me that much?

Mr. Rathore: No, this is public, there are many people around....

The lady kept her finger on his lips.

Lady: But I miss you.

He removed her finger.

Mr. Rathore: You are making it hard for me, girl.

Lady: How dare you so? You don't answer my call or reply to my texts. You asked for it.

Mr. Rathore: Ok! Since you are here let's talk about business.

The lift opens. A girl was standing outside.

Girl: Good morning, president!

He replies her. And they both come out of the lift.

They enter the office.

Lady: It is the first time I came to your office. It looks good. (She picks up a picture) So, this is your wife. She looks pretty but not elegant enough.

Mr. Rathore: I think she looks good.

Author's Pov

I don't want to increase there part much now. So I will tell you in small what they are talking about. They were talking about some investment project and the lady continued to flirt in between. Mr. Rathore asked her about the investment from other company's and tells her that he has to pay many overdue taxes and all.

Mr. Rathore: Our company is quite at a good position right now. How about we operate the finance at this golden time?

Lady: What about the rich father of, Manav Chabbra? You spent so much on his son, shouldn't his Leysen company invest some money?

Mr. Rathore: He is not my father, he wouldn't give me money.

So further they discuss about the investment plans and all and the lady tells her that she likes her and he tells her that he is married and has a daughter.

Sorry again for posting a boring chapter. But you will definitely enjoy the next chapter. I really want to make the chapters more interesting but if I start doing that you guys won't be able understand the chapter. I need to introduce these characters to you so that you understand the story further.

Also, please suggest a name for that lady because she has an important role ahead.
