Bruce smiled up at Wade as he handed him a cup if coffee, his eyes moving around the apartment. It was a mess but it looked well kept.

They had posters all over the walls, mainly references he didn't understand. The walls were a calming brown, the same color as the cup of coffee in his hand. The refrigerator was stocked full with all kinds of food. They had a couch and a small bedroom with a big bed, that of course, still had star wars sheets.

Their two guard dogs came rushing in, Luke and Leia. They weren't much of guards. If someone came running into the apartment, Bruce had a sneaking suspicion the two Huskies would show them their bellies and receive soft pets.

Peter was well taken care of. Wade was a good man, and he was the perfect match for Pete. They seemed happy.

After their first break up, Peter hadn't been eating or sleeping. He remembered those three months. Peter was too stubborn for his own good, and Wade listened obediently to whatever his other half said of him.

But they were in a good place now. A couple years together, and many more to come.

" What did you put in this coffee?" Bruce whispered after the first sip. He had realized he had wandered off, and he wasn't sure where his train of thought had started. " It's amazing."

" My spider-butt made it," Wade cooed proudly.

Peter, who was drinking out of the pot of coffee perked up when he heard his name. Clint did that and Bruce was sure that's where his nephew got it from.

" Uhhh, I put in some cream, and some caramel." He responded quietly.

The three enjoyed their coffee. Of course it hadn't been silent, not with Wade around, but his stories had become a comfort for them both over the years. This one, was about Wade winning a bet against Wolverine, and making him wear a pink maid dress all day.

It seemed that Wade and Logan had become quite close. Bruce could remember the very first dinner he had with Wade, a couple months into the relationship.

Thor had cooked a nice dish, but he couldn't remember what it was. All he could remember was the extravagant suit Wade showed up in, and the stories. One of them being his first interaction with Logan. Another being about Peter's employer.

" ...and then Logan said he'd never speak to me again." Wade's voice spilled back into Bruce's consciousness and he looked up as he finished up his story. " So when he called me today, I was surprised."

" I knew he'd come back, they always do." Peter said in an amused tone, a smile wide on his lips as he focused his attention on Wade.

" I know, you did." The Merc cooed, and a smile hooked up, under his crimson mask.

Peter turned a shade or two darker then Deadpool's red suit and looked over at Bruce. His eyes said 'please get me out of this situation'.

" Well, I do have something else to ask of you two." Bruce hummed, taking another long sip of his coffee.

" We'll do anything."

" We will." Wade reiterated, nodding excitedly.

He couldn't help but smile at the two, shaking his head softly. Bruce found his eyes wandering at the three degrees hanging on the wall, in a nice black frame. There was space for another, a PHD. He was so proud of Peter he couldn't speak for a moment.

" I.." Bruce started, as he looked back at Peter and Wade. " I was wondering if, by any chance, you two would be the Best Man at my wedding."

" I thought there was only one Best Man." Wade chimed in.

" We could be the Best Men." Peter corrected, that silly smile springing back on his lips.

" Is that a yes?"

" Of course it's a yes!" Wade yelped. " Hell yes, why wouldn't we?!"

Bruce could feel something blossom in his chest, and he couldn't hold back the tears forming in his soft eyes. He watched Peter move, and dart to him, arms open and ready for the biggest hug he knew how to give.

Thor, who had rolled reluctantly out of bed, found himself sitting on the other side of the table from Loki.

His brother had taken all the wedding planning into his hands, and he was taking it very seriously. Thor wasn't sure if Loki was drunk with power, or overly joyed about their wedding, but either way he trusted him.

" What is on your mind?" Loki finally spoke up, his icy blue eyes looking up from the array of wedding venues. "It's raining outside."

Loki was used to the abrupt changes in wether. When they were younger, he had been the cause of many thunder storms. This wasn't foreign to him. However, Mjolnir was made to contain that power, and now without it the harsh changes were peculiar but familiar.

" It is a good rain," Thor promised. It was a small drizzle, the rain lightly hitting the windows. The sun was fully out and rainbows scattered all over the sky. It was a good rain.

" And what prompted this good mood?" His brother hummed, studying the soon to be groom carefully.

" I just feel," Thor shrugged. There was a small smile forming on his lips and he shook his head. " I feel good about what's coming."

Thor had been fighting his whole life for peace. Wasn't that funny? He thought it was. He had been smashing through problem after problem his whole life. Now that his hammer was gone, though Mjolnir would be missed, he felt peace.

No more fighting, at least for awhile. Loki was finding himself in Midgard and Thor was done chasing after Bruce. He felt like nothing could happen to them now, not for awhile.

Thor had been grasping for these moments, and now that they were here..

" I see," Loki's voice softened a little. In that tone that felt so familiar.

It was familiar; it was Frigga's voice. Loki had always had her traits but it had taken so long for him to use them. To embrace them.

" She would be proud of us," Thor finally said. He tried not to look into Loki's eyes because it hurt so bad still. " I know she would be."

" Father-" Loki started.

" Father would be furious." Thor agreed with a small nod, everything about Odin infuriated him. It didn't hurt anymore. It only felt like a flame erupting in his stomach. " But mother, she would be proud. She'd be proud of you, Loki. She always had been."

There was a small pause, and then Loki couldn't help but smile. His icy blue eyes were watering and Thor watched as he didn't fight them.

" I think so too," he whispered.

Loki wiped his tears when they heard footsteps, and Thor turned to see Bruce. He was smiling softly too.

Things were going to be okay.
