Chapter 24 - Truth: Part 2

After the conversation with Alfredo another few days passed and we were on our last day in shooting, but before I could even speak to Diego he left. Earlier than I expected.

- Why did he leave so early? - I asked Alfredo as he's the only one that knows everything about him.

- I have no idea. He only said he has some business to take care about - he replied.

- I see... - I sighed deeply as I sat down on the bench nearby.

- Clari... Just admit it... - Alfredo sighed as he sat next to me - You do love him...

I just sighed deeply. I really didn't want to answer him, but I knew he was right.

I do still love him... But nothing should be changed on this because if I don't tell Diego the truth he'd have never ever notice how heartbroken I am.

At this moment I suddenly felt two strong arms around my waist and it immediately calmed me down as I knew it was Rodrigo.

- Are you okay? - he asked - You seem really upset now...

- I'm okay now that you're here... - I sighed as I turned around and hugged him tightly.

- I have a question to you...

- Hm? What is it?

- Would you like to go out on a date with me tomorrow evening?

- Sure - I nodded, smiling and blushing slightly.

- Good - he smiled too - Anyway shall I take you home now? As I heard you have no more scenes today.

- Okay... That would be good - I smiled - Uhm... Actually I'm gonna have a meeting with Marco at the rink... In around 2 hours...

- Then I shall take you there too - he grinned as he nuzzled into my neck playfully - Besides I don't trust him...

- Eh? Are you jealous of him too?

- Kind of. I guess... - he sighed deeply - But I have a good reason to that!

- Oh? And what is that good reason?

At this moment he grabbed both my hands and squeezed then gently.

- Because I love you... I love you and all I want is to see you happy...

- Rodri... - I sighed - Don't do this to me, or I'm gonna cry...

- I only hope that this is from happiness because this is the only way that you're allowed to cry - he smiled as he kissed my forehead gently.

- It's from happiness... - I muttered - Happiness from knowing how caring you really are...

- This is only because I love you - he smiled then kissed me softly on the lips and later on he took me home.

Later Rodrigo came with me to the meeting too where Marco was already waiting for us and was a bit surprised as he noticed Rodri with me as well.

- I hope you don't mind him being here today - I said after greeting Marco.

- No, it's totally fine - Marco replied, a bit unsure then a few minutes later we started ice dancing together and luckily the place was big enough that when we were far away Marco asked - What's going on? Now seriously.

- What do you mean by that? - I asked back.

- I mean... First the other guy's jealousy... Diego... And now this guy?

- Our relationship is a bit complicated... But I'm with this jealous guy - I said as I looked over to Rodri and grinned - The other one is... I don't actually know what to say about him, but yeah...

- I see - he mumbled.

- But what do you care about my relationships? None of them will actually come to Italy so I can focus there to work more than now!

- That's actually nice to hear because this is unbelieveable how both of these guys make you not to focus on skating at all - he joked, but this was actually true.

- Shut up! - I hit his arm jokingly and I almost fell as I did, but he caught me and both of us burst out laughing.

I think working with him will be one amazing experience...
