Ight so I had the sudden feeling to draw and this took so many hours because
Vthorn sucks. Worse than X-Cross and thats saying something.
Then again maybe its because of the edge amount that it makes them so sucky to draw xD
So...many holes...

And here is some facts about these two!
As a child Chrome (aka X-Cross) was tall therefore many others respected him and that was one of the many ways he stood up to Al's bullies.
Vthorn and Chrome at the start of their relationship hated eachothers guts and Vthorn would often try to ignore him and work on plans meanwhile Chrome would get into messes and play pranks to see the annoyed look on his face.
Vthorn didn't volunteer to caretake Chrome and was in fact forced to do so because he quote on quote "needed to be taught to nuture" He had to be hunt down many times to get him to at least sign up.
Vthorn actually felt affection for Chrome as soon as Chrome tried to headbutt into his leg with rage. He thought it was adorable and feeble and promised to protect Chrome with his life, but it was still a rocky relationship in the beginning.
Vthorn carries Chrome upside down when levitating him, Chrome use to hate it but started to enjoy this a lot though.
Vthorn is the rarest specimen of precusor as he is the only precusor that is like him (however I cannot tell you why because spoilers but you can find out from "Feeling Grey" as it explains the reproduction)
Chrome as a child loved to hang onto Vthorn like a sloth which was weird to the other fawns as they didn't enjoy climbing and usually were just on the backs of their caretakers.
Chrome got his idea of wanting to become a guard from Vthorn as he wanted to follow in his footsteps and he got the idea of becoming stronger also from him as Vthorn and Chrome use to sneak out and wrestle Levithans together as show of strength. Since Vthorn is gone Cross still does it but usually killing them due to his anger which Vthorn use to help him control.
Vthorn is 18'9 ft tall and always was afraid of accidently squishing his kids as he was so damn tall and strong however Eiave helped him with dealing with that.
