 [ 3RD PERSON POV ]

It had been some time since Xclise's return. Everyone had to get use to the extra precursor now moving around and exploring the place. Especially one who knew so little about the outside world and what dangers were out there. Worst part was Xclise was almost the mix of the two brothers; XCross and Al-an and yet completely different. For Al-an and XCross their emotions were more tied to logic or mimicry and slowly learning to all it had to come with emotions. However for Xclise it was like first nature; she thought with more emotion and understanding and logic was always second. However, she didn't quite understand the words for her emotions as well as she showed it.

[ ROBIN's POV ]

The sunlight seeped into the windows as it was a new day. 6:00 AM. My eyes slowly peeked open and turned to gaze over towards the precursor hibernating nearby me. Their colors being a beautiful green which poured from each marking along his body making a lovely hue. Almost like a green glow of magma dripping down each marking. Sometimes I forget that being here and seeing aliens is not a dream in the least.

I got up, trying not to wake up the alien beside me as I did. Closing the blinds; I decided to make some breakfast for myself and Awing. I wandered off into the kitchen, grabbing out a frying pan and some eggs as the little Pengwing followed along. They have seemingly grown a bit taller, though still being young it was beautiful to see how much Awing had grown since the first time I found him. He chirped with excitement, his beak closing and opening as it tried to "smell" the eggs that were cooking. I tried not to giggle too much, gently booping the top of their beak. "This isn't for you Awing. I'll get you some fish pebbles soon." I whispered in a loving tone. Thankfully I didn't wake up with a sore back again, although I did felt a little bit of nausea. Nothing too much to worry about.

After finishing up and placing the chocolate muffins and choco-coffee muffins in the oven I went on to gather the fish from the fridge, chopping them up into little bits and frying them just a little bit. I used some to make a ball with a bit of eggs in it since Awing seemed to want some eggs today. After finishing the fish egg ball I gently brushed off the fish pebbles and ball into a red doggy bowl for Awing, placing it down where the little birb could reach.

"Thats all finished now..." I whispered, turning to look at the coffee machine and starting to make some coffee for both Al and I. Some would think it's hard living with aliens however it's rather a nice breather. They're very kind....in their own ways (At least for X-Cross.) I quickly waved away the coffee's aroma, trying not to wake up Al-an before the food was fully finished. He of course doesn't need to eat, but he tends to enjoy the taste and sensation at least he says. In which X-Cross usually gets jealous seeing Quartz and I eat as he wants to eat with a mouth, not...in the way in which they seemingly "disintegrate" the food as a form of consumption.
I always wondered...do they even have a stomach?

I giggled a little at the thought of Al-an with a mouth. I've seen him so long without a mouth that it'd be strange if they randomly gained one. I continued to cook, however I soon noticed a soft glow from the corner of my eye.

I quietly turned to look, it seemed like a familiar purple and blue precursor was trying to head out the base. However it seems she managed on getting stuck in the door, not use to her bigger size.

"Xclise." I gently spoke, walking over as I looked over at her. "You're heading out this early?" It was quite easy to tell of my curiosity. Xclise is the only known Precursor that was born different than the others, her mind was noticeably more different than the others and she seemed more fluent with emotional stances.

Xclise perked up, looking over at me as her tail coiled up. She seemed to be quite surprised to see me from her jolting perk up. "Robin!-I--didn't know you were awake." She spoke with softness and almost a nervous tone unlike the other two who spoke more stoic even when portraying emotions at times. "I was cooking breakfast. You know it's still probably freezing out there seeing as it is..." I rechecked the time, seeing it was now 6:34 AM. "It's 6:34 AM. Most likely to see the aftermath of blizzards about this time."

Xclise nodded her head, still buzzing with a bit of excitement in the back of her mind. "I know, but I won't stray too far." She seemed to really want to go outside. Which made sense. I'm not sure why but Xclise was thrilled to see the creatures and flora of this planet. It reminded me much of myself when I first arrived here. Seems like she wants to note each biological specimen she can find.

"Very well, but be careful. If I remember correctly you still have a lot to learn." I softly chuckled, watching as Xclise happily nods, taking a cookie from the cookie jar and leaving with it. She made soft hums and chirps on the way out.

XCross was the second to wake up, grumbling with a grumpy growl as he came out his room. Since there were more and much larger....wild inhabitations the base was changed and hooked up to XCross's own made...morally questioning....base. Which smoke seemed to pour out of from his testings recently.

"Fuckin hell..." He growled, rubbing his head as he went over to the table. After laying down, he stared over at Awing with their face half covered in fish pebbles. "Eat yo food bitch-Damn--the fuck you lookin crazy for."

"Watch your profanity at the table Cross. Or else I'm not getting any more toasters for your weapons." I spoke with a heavy sigh, honestly with as loud as X-Cross was, I'm quite surprised Al-an was asleep. X-Cross quieted down anyhow. Trying to peek into the oven as his front hooves tap with slight impatience.

"It's almost done don't worry." I reassured Cross, going to clean some dishes. X-Cross however had gotten up by then, heading over he grabbed up a few dishes. "Here allow me." He spoke with a soft huff, assisting in washing the dishes. I simply chuckled under my breath, trying not to laugh. Soon however, I felt arms wrap around from behind me, a familiar green hue which faded into a loving pink and a nuzzle and rub close to my face, and gently touching his head with mine.

"Good Morning My Little Robin." Al-an spoke softly, landing a soft "kiss" on my cheek.  It made me light up, giving me a feeling of flowers first blooming. "Good Morning Sneaky." I teased, gently tapping his cheek. "I made you Coffee." I whispered, giving him a peck back. However he seemed more focused on giving me nuzzles; to Cross's disgust and dismay.

"You smell so much like Coffee today, it's quite lovely." Al-an soon stopped with his nuzzles, but buried his face into my shoulder ever so gently, his glow becoming a soft loving pink as I couldn't help but smile. "Thank you..." I gave him a soft peck once more before holding out a muffin to his face, which had already started disappearing from Al-an's "bites"

Even if we were adjusting, I'm sure everything will be alright.

Ever so slightly time will mold this into something beautiful and lifechanging, as it started that way.
