The stalker (illumi) pt 15

Illumi's Pov-

I walk the long hallways, and down to the back. I open two big glass doors, and out to the back yard. My grandpa is not the type to necessarily call meetings with me, so if I have to admit... I am a bit worried.  I walked to the garden of roses, and head straight to the gazebo right in the middle where I can see my grandpa is at.

I walk in, and bow "hello, sorry for being late and please. Excuse my girlfriend." He turned to look at me "if I knew you were going to take longer, I would've just waited till dinner. Are you the reason why she is excused?" As he asked that, a memory of how I left, Y/n flashed in my memory. Making me chuckle a little, I quickly stop my self and cleared my throat "uh- yes sir." I stood straight to face him.

He nodded "Anyways, it good that she didn't come." He reached into his robe pocket and pulled out the small box. He took one of my hands, and he gently placed the small box on it. Close my hand into a half way fist "So I could give  you this." I find my self a bit dumb founded, I look down at it, then back up at him.

"What is this?" I started to examine the small box. "Open it" my grandpa instructed. To my surprised, once I opened it there was ring, An engagement ring. "It used to be your grandma's, I know you children never got to know her, but I'm pretty sure she would have loved for you to have it. After all, you are the first born and only son with hopefully a soon to be wife."

The ring was gorgeous, I took the ring out and examined it. It definitely is real diamonds and gold, the band was gold. While one perfectly sized diamond decorated the middle, as small diamonds went down on a row each side. I put it back in the box, "thank you, but I think it will probably be to soon to propose."

My grandpa took a deep breath, he went to walk passed me when he stoped and put a hand on my shoulder "Really think about it, from what I've heard from your mother and father is that she is lovely, and you know how hard it is to impress your parents. You are not getting any younger ether, you are 24. It's time for you to finally settle down, and have a family of your own."

I let every word from that old man sink in "life is also very short, and fragile. Just because you two are young, doesn't mean every tomorrow is promised. Really think about it." With that he tapped my shoulder and left. "Have a great rest of your day."

I some how found my self, in my house's chapel. I don't even know why we have a chapel, when we don't worship any god. Nor we follow, any religious doctrines. But for some reason it's comforting, and the only other quiet place there is. It was wide, and open. Best guess it was my grandma's idea, for future generations have their weddings there.

I sat in one of the wooden sits , in the far back. Watching how the candles illuminated the place, with its dim lights. Also, How the sunset changed colors. I sat there contemplating my grandpa's words, as I fidgeted with the small box. "But what if she says no" I think to my self out loud. I took a deep breath "What if I'm not ready for such a big step."

I took another deep breath "it's getting late, I should head back inside" I stood up and stretched, that followed with a yawn. I start to walk away , once I'm at the exit I stop and turn my head to look at the place behind " Might come and have sex here" I chuckled then walked away back inside.

I get to my room, to see Y/n still knocked out; The bed had new sheets, and she was dressed. 'The maids must've bathe her, to change the bed sheets' I thought to my self. I walk around the bed, and kiss her on the forehead. I can smell the lavender on her, so yes I was correct. I walked around once more, and sat on my side of the bed.

I took out the small box again and looked at it. I heard her shifting, so I quickly opened the drawer of my night stand and put the box in there. I feel two small arms wrap around my torso, that followed with a kiss on my cheek "hi" the smaller female said. I slightly smile "hello" I stood up to face her. I grab her face, and placed a slow passionate kiss. "How was nap time!" I asked her with the biggest smirk.

She scuffed and giggled "Aw shut up, it was great thank you very much" she laid back down. "Good" I let a low laugh escape. I walked over to my bureau and opened it too look for a set of sweats. "How was the meeting with your grandpa?" She asked as she watched every one of my movements.

I took my shirt off "it was good, it wasn't important. He just wanted to get to know you, I'm sure he will take time out tomorrow to do so." I grab a pear of gray sweat pants, and throw them on the bed. "Oh" she yawned, causing me to yawn. I take off my pants and slip up my sweats, I throw the rest in hamper that's in the closet. Then started to brush my hair, so like that don't wake up with bad knots in the morning.

After I'm done, I get on the bed and quickly spoon Y/n then kiss her neck. "Did you eat something? Or have you been sleeping this whole time?" I asked as I started to, slowly stroke my hand up and down her belly softly. "Yeah, I wasn't to hungry though. I was woken up by two maids, and they helped me shower. While one was helping me the other one was changing the sheets. Then they brought me food, and we got to know each other. It was an eventful evening- oh and I got hear some of the tea that was happening between Butlers and maid."

She was excited as she explained, it actually made me happy but also very concerned if I should look into that matter. 'I can really get used to this' I thought to my self. I smiled as I listened to her, explain the drama she heard- she keeps calling it tea. "Drama" I said. "Tea" she responded. We went on for a while about it.

"Drammaaa"
"Teaaaa"
"Gossip"
"No- Tea."
"Fine tea"
"Really!?"
"Nope."
"Whatever!"

We laughed about it. I'm glad the maids are getting along with her, and that Butlers respect her. It's good to see her, making friends in a way.
