Can you keep a secret? Pt 2

THIRD POV:

David stood up from the chair, and walked back and forth. Currently they have three suspects, which the three of them are being held for the time being. They have been wanted for other crimes, but the charges were always dropped for lack of evidence, or some other odd reason.

Sadly this place is corrupted, to the core. There is no fixing, even if you become part of the council  or the Mare. The corruption is so strong, ones you realize you can do anything... there is no stopping. It doesn't help that those three suspects, are well known and hold a lot of money. And power.

Lets starts off with Chrollo Lucifer. The leader of the phantom troupe. Our government is trying to keep peace with meteor city, most of their dirty work is done by personal from meteor city, or the phantom troupe them selfs. They are so dangerously strong, not even the most elite assassins can't stop them. Well... it's not totally impossible, Silva Zoldyck was able to kill one of the troupe members and put up a good fight with the leader.

That leads us to our second suspect Illumi Zoldyck. He is part of the Zoldyck family, being the oldest child.  They are the elite family of assassins, mess with one and you will find your self a free death sentence. Same rule goes to the phantom troupe, so... it's scary when they work together for some missions. They can over throw the government anytime... be careful if the haven't already. There are 8 members in the Zoldyck family, Zeno Zoldyck the grandfather, Silva Zoldyck the father, Kikyo Zoldyck the mother, Illumi Zoldyck the oldest son, Milluki Zoldyck second oldest son, killua Zoldyck the middle child, Kaluto Zoldyck and last but not least Alluka Zoldyck. That's not counting their butlers, and their huge hunting pet Mike. That family is often hired to do, one of the many dirty government job. Which is killing, or executing those who get a death penalty.

Last but not least Hisoka Morrow, is our third suspect. That man is basically unstoppable, he is part of the phantom troupe (was part)- and is also considered part of the Zoldyck family, even though he isn't but he has their protection. What has that man not done, out of those two... he has had plenty of bounties on his head. But all dropped, every single time. No one knows his past, or as to why he does the things he does. Must have been some fucked up child hood, No signs of family members or anything. He is just ... him.

David stares at the board, backs up a little and sits on the desk. He sees the pictures of the suspects, small evidence that they were able to find to hold the three of them till the case closes. He takes a deeps breath, and pinches his nose out frustration. "Y/n what the hell did you get your self into now... why would you even be around this man." Sighed and rubbed his face. It's 1:00 in the morning, all he wants is sleep.

Sadly his sister is so obsessed with their cousin's case, which he doesn't blame her but the rest is needed to be able to work properly. Balery thinks no one knows that Y/n is their cousin, but the whole unit knows. They are just letting go... I guess they feel bad for them.

BEEP! BEEP! BEEP!

Balery slams shut the alarm. Every morning she wakes up, and repeats her routine. Shower, brush her teeth, her hair, get dress, eat breakfast. But this time there was something different. Not a good kind of difference.

"There Must be a reason why I'm mainly hunting you Balery."

Balery froze... she slowly starts to look up, to see her cousin sitting in the other side of the table.

"For the love god...what is it that you want Y/n. Isn't me taking on your case enough?" Balery tried to keep her self composed.

Y/n smiled, letting a bunch of blood drip down her mouth. Balery looked away in horror.

"Well it is a kind thing you are doing, but something tells me you are only doing it for your self... not necessarily me." Y/n stood up, every step she took made Balery squirm. The slapping of the feet in the cold tile, and the snapping and popping of her bones were no good combination.

"If you are not here to tell who did it, then I don't think w-"

"To bad. I don't know who did it." Y/n cut her mid sentence.

Balery can hear her, getting closer and closer until she can feel her hot breath on her ear. The occasional gasp for hair, made her whole body tense. She had no other option then to close her eyes.

"I been gone for so long. It should have set some red flags on your guys brains... Balery... I am dead... I screamed, and begged for help. No one heard me... no one believed me, I was hopeless."

Balery began to shake in her seat, feeling her tears trying to work their way out. "Y/n you seemed fine-

"WELL I FUCKING WASNT!" Y/n yelled angrily

Balery fell of the chair , and crawled to a corner as fast she can. The only thing she can hear is her loud breaths, and her gulping sounds. She looked up, and Y/n was gone. She looked around from the corner, being to scared to stand up.

"I'm sorry Y/n. IM SORRY!" Balery cried out, repeatedly until she some how found comfort in her own words.
