𝕃iliana wheezes on the deck of the Merry, coughing up seawater with her arm resting against her eyes. She can barely hear Zoro call out to everyone, more focused on getting air into her lungs after going through the clouds. When the Merry went through the clouds, Liliana didn't know what to expect. She didn't expect to suddenly feel like she was drowning.
"Hey, guys!" Luffy calls out eagerly, "Look outside the ship!"
"What is this place?" Sanji asks, gawking at the sight before him.
Liliana uncovers her eyes, a bright smile on her face as she laughs in joy as before her, was a whole other world in the clouds. "We did it. We actually did it!"
"Clouds!" Chopper cries out, his eyes popping out its sockets.
"We're in the clouds? How are we staying on them?" Nami wonders, straining against the railing in amazement.
"Of course you can stay on them! They're clouds," Luffy says confidently, only to be corrected by Chopper, Zoro and Sanji.
Liliana smiled, placing a hand on Nami's shoulder as she gazed around her. "Well done, Navigator. Very well done."
Nami shoots Liliana a self-assured smile before looking towards the log pose, seeing that it was still pointing up. Pointing this out towards Nico Robin who answered that they were still in the middle of the cumuloregalis clouds and that they may need to go higher.
"An ocean," Usopp says with a sigh before stripping off the top part of his overalls while jumping onto the railing with a laugh. "In swimming lane #1, Captain Usopp!" Luffy and Chopper cheer for Usopp as Sanji tries to warn Usopp from doing anything reckless. Ignoring the warnings, Usopp jumps into the clouds, going deeper and deeper.
Liliana leans against the railing, her sketchpad in hand to sketch the world around as Luffy and Chopper whine about not being able to swim nearby. Snickering a little, Liliana continues to sketch before she freezes, looking down at the spot where Usopp dived into the clouds with a worried glance.
Zoro also notices something wrong, stepping next to Liliana to look down. "Hey... He's... Not coming back up."
Everyone else also starts to worriedly look down with Nico Robin making the horrifying implication about the sky having a bottom. Immediately everyone turns frantic as Luffy stretches his arm into the clouds.
"That moron! I tried to tell him!" Sanji tensed his jaw as Nico Robin ordered Luffy to stretch his arm out as far as he could go.
"But I can't see down there!" Luffy cried out which Nico Robin dismissed telling Luffy to leave it to her before crossing her arms in front of her. Liliana nibbled on her bottom lip, looking towards Nico Robin with hopeful eyes as everyone waited with bated breaths until finally, Nico Robin spotted Usopp. Gesturing towards Luffy to pull Usopp back up, he immediately started pulling, having some difficulty, to Nico Robin's confusion.

Finally, Usopp was brought back up, however, he wasn't alone.
"Oh," Liliana said blandly, pointing towards the colossal tentacle creature and snake-like fish that was about to attack their ship. "Usopp brought friends."
"They wanna eat Usopp!" Sanji yelled as he and Zoro immediately rushed over to fight off the creatures.
"It's nothing to be afraid of," Zoro yelled, slashing the tentacle, making it burst like a balloon. Sanji then kicked the other creature, slamming it back into the clouds. Landing back on the deck, Zoro wheezed in exhaustion. "But it sure is hard to breathe here."
Liliana looked at Zoro, Luffy and Sanji in concern who was breathing heavily from the small fight. They usually aren't this tired after a fight, Liliana thinks as Sanji examines the weird skyfish. Just then Usopp fishes something from his pants, flinging it on the deck before promptly collapsing back on the deck.
"Sky island scary, sky island scary," Usopp chants as Chopper rushes to his aid.
"What an unlucky day," Nico Robin says with a small sweat drop as Lilian silently agrees, wincing at Usopp's pale pallor. Nico Robin then picks up the skyfish that Usopp threw with curiosity gleaming in her eyes at the strange flatter and lighter biology of the fish. "These are skyfish! The odd fish described in Noland's logbook. They must have evolved to survive in this bottomless sky-ocean."
As they were examining the fish, Luffy plunked the fish from Nico Robin before it was promptly cooked and eaten. Liliana sweatdropped as Nami lectured Luffy and Sanji. I was hoping to draw it, Liliana thought.
"A ship! Hey guys! A ship... And a person?" Liliana turns towards Chopper in confusion before it quickly morphs into concern at Chopper's sudden change in mood who drops the binoculars from his hooves. As Sanji asks what's wrong, Chopper falls from his perch on the railing, yelling that there isn't a ship anymore, much to everyone's confusion.
As Chopper jumps up and down with wild eyes, Liliana takes the dropped binoculars and looks towards where Chopper was looking at. "Well this day just got a bit more interesting," Liliana mutters, slight annoyance in her tone before yelling at everyone to get ready.
"What do you mean Lily-Chan—" Sanji's eyes widen now seeing what Liliana and Chopper are seeing. It was a tall muscular man wearing only a grass skirt and a large mask. Painted in multiple tribal tattoos and a long braid complete with a pair of white wings. In his hands were a shield and bazooka. "It's a person! Someone's coming! He's running on the clouds."
"Yeah and he doesn't look too friendly," Liliana yells over her shoulder, putting two and two together, seeing the aforementioned destroyed ship.
"Hey, stop! What do you want!" Sanji demanded.
"To eliminate you!"
With sudden speed, the man kicks Sanji into the lower deck before swiftly taking out Zoro and Luffy with ease that shocked Liliana. Shaking herself from the shock after hearing Nami's cry, Liliana immediately swiped the air, knocking the man across the sky. Just as Liliana was about to make another move, Liliana dropped to her knees, finding it suddenly hard to breathe.
"Lily!" Chopper called out, running towards Liliana as she tried to force air back into her lungs.
However, the man found his bearings, jumping high into the sky to shoot down the small ship. Seeing this, Liliana raised her hand, preparing to protect the ship even with her sudden loss of breath. I need to protect the ship, Liliana thought, her shaky hand glowing red as she squinted at the bright light.
"That is far enough!"
Liliana blinked, seeing a shadow pass before it clashed against their assailant, driving him into the clouds with a large splash before gracefully landing on the railing of their ship. As Nami demanded to know who he was, the unknown man armed with a suit of armour and a lance turned towards them, his face shadowed by his helmet. Next to him is a pink bird with purple spots and a long yellow beak, sporting a dopey expression that follows him faithfully around, immediately taking Liliana's interest.
