This is just a chapter to explain the journey of Thanos to the Wakandan Battle, I tried to include it in the previous chapter, but it was getting too long and it didn't really flow.
But this is how Thanos gets the stones in this story, and it is in chronological order.
The Tessaract - Taken from Loki on the ship after killing Loki
The Mind Stone - Also taken from Loki, because I didn't include vision in this story. (Sorry Paul Bettany🥺)
The Aether - Taken from the Collector.
The Soul Stone - Taken after sacrificing Gamora in Vormir.
The Power Stone - Well... He doesn't really get it, so.....
The Time Stone - For the sake of how this story is going, and the fact that I didn't include Doctor Strange, let's just say he didn't get to the Time stone yet.
