~MIGUEL POV~
Finally Sensei arrived but none of Athena's real family showed up.
"Their assholes." Hawk told me. "She doesn't need them. She has us and she has Cobra Kai."
I nodded as the doctor came out.
"What's wrong? What's the damage?" Sensei asked.
"I'm sorry sir but I can only tell Athena's family her condition." The doctor said.
"She's my sister." I said immediately.
Sensei and Hawk gave my looks but I ignored them. The doctor nodded as he brought us into Athena's room.
"Well when Athena fell from the balcony, she hit her back on the railing. And along with hitting her back, she broke bones."
"How many?"
"Several. The damage is so bad she might not be able to walk again."
"What?"
"You must be mistaken." Sensei said. "It can't be that bad. She'll be able to walk again. There has to be a chance of that."
"There is." The man nodded. "But it's very small."
He walked after saying sorry, leaving us alone. Athena looked horrible. She was pale, her curly hair was not as curly, she had a bandage on the side of her head and she lay there not moving.
"Come on curly." Sensei said. "You'll be fine. You gotta be."
And I really hoped she would be fine.
