~ATHENA POV~

I arrived early at the dojo walking in, and only seeing Silver.

"Where's Suzanne?" I asked.

"I just wanted it to be us," he said. "Now, I want to teach you some rules."

"What are they?" I asked hesitantly.

"I call it quicksilver."

"That's good." I said.

Silver smiled at me. "You like that, huh?"

I nodded slightly.

"Rule number one: a man can't stand he can't fight." Silver said. "Repeat it."

"A man can't stand he can't fight." I said tiredly.

"With conviction, Ms LaRusso."

"A man can't stand he can't fight." I repeated.

"Rule number two of the Silver Method: a man can't breathe he can't fight." He smiled. "Now you want to punch them here, cause there's their ribs, then their lungs."

I nodded again.

"Rule number three, a man can't see he can't fight." Silver said circling around me. "Punch him in the nose, he'll be blinded by his tears and chock on his own blood. Now here's how it works. You wait til your man is attacking when he's close enough, you just–"

Silver punched the punching bag, and it swung into me, almost knocking me off balance. "B-But that would be face contact. I'd be disqualified. That doesn't help me out."

"Well she ran into your fist, not your fault, right?"

"...Right..." I said with a small smile.

"Well then she can't continue." Silver said loudly. "That means, you win!"

I slowly began to smile.

"You like that, Ms LaRusso?"

I nodded smiling widely. "Yeah,"

"Alright, you try."

I nodded, throwing a punch at the punching bag, but Silver swiftly caught my hand. "Lets try it over here."

He brought me over to a wooden statue, but a noticed that the top part where the 'face' was, was stone. "Go on, LaRusso. Punch it."

I glanced at Silver's face and saw a sick smile over take it. Gulping, I stepped backwards, shaking my head. "No, I'm not punching those stupid fucking things."

Silver glared at me. "You never had a problem with it before. What's the issue now?"

I glared back at Silver. "Because before it was fucking wood, now its fucking stone. I'm not a fucking idiot."

Silver grabbed my wrist, yanking me forward. "Maybe not, but you sure are a coward."

"No," I denied, struggling to get free.

"You're a quitter."

"No!" I said louder.

"You're weak!" He yelled in my face.

"No!" I screamed, still trying to pull away.

Silver yanked me closer, our faces inches apart. "Suzanne was a better student then you."

My face dropped, as I slowly began to stop struggling.

"Your father was a better student."

I glared up at him.

"Your sister would probably be a better student."

"Shut up!" I screamed yanking my hand away, throwing a punch with out thinking.

I ended up punching the statue with Sam's face on it, punching the living shit out of. I broke the wood with ease, but I had to punch the stone with a few times so it break. I kicked and punched the stone, making my foot and hands pour out blood. Once the stone broke, I dropped to my side, crying in pain.

"Good." Silver smirked. "Good job, Ms LaRusso."

He stood over me, a nasty smirk on his face as I curled up and cried.
