Y/N's POV

Topper, Rafe, and I have been chilling at the Cameron household. Topper is hosting a party tonight at his place. He has yet to prepare for it. I personally just finished getting ready. I might add, I look hot af right now.

Rafe exclaims "Babe, you look hot as f***!"
He said what I was thinking! Omg!
I laugh, wink, and reply "You look hot too, babe."
Topper coughs and says "You two are gross."
Rafe snaps "Sorry I'm in a healthy relationship with a girl I love, Topper. You know what? I'm going to get drinks. I'll be back."
Rafe leaves the room.

I wait for him to disappear before I ask "So have you talked to you know who yet? Is she coming to the party?"
Topper sighs and says "She is. She doesn't seem too thrilled about it though. Is she riding with you?"
His crush is Sarah Cameron. He really likes her and I think he would make a great boyfriend.
I shrug and answer "Rafe is driving. She hasn't told me yet if she needs a ride."
He replies "Ugh. I wish I could tell her about my feelings, but I'm always around her when Rafe is around or I just feel too nervous to say it."
I reply "I was nervous around Rafe too. But he was drunk at a party and confessed his feelings. I made sure to tell him we could talk when he was sober. He was sad, so I spent the night and we talked in the morning. That was the start of us."
As the door opens, Rafe says "I was definitely not drunk."
I laugh and say "You were too. Remember, that one Touran was flirting with me and you were really bothered by it."
He replies "Drinking is fun. I don't regret it. I brought shots for everyone."
Oh no :/ I just do not want to be drunk so early in the day.
We all count to three and take the shots.
It burns my throat causing me to cough.
I ask "What was in that?"
Rafe answers "Vodka, orange liqueur, and lime."
I reply "Damn. That was tart. I was not prepared for that."
Topper replies "Your face is hilarious right now, Y/N."
I lightly shove him and he laughs.

The door opens and we see Sarah.
I hear Topper take a deep breath in.

Sarah asks "Hey guys! Um ... Topper, do you need help setting up your party tonight?"
Topper shrugs and says "Right... I need to set up and move breakables."
Bruh :/ I swear the two boys would be so lost if not for Sarah and I.
Sarah replies "I can help if you give me a ride to the party. Let me know when you head out."
Topper nods and says "Will do Miss Sarah will do."
Sarah turns to me and asks "Y/N, can I speak with you real quick?"
I nod and move to get up. Rafe grabs my wrist and says "I love you. Remember I'm your favorite Cameron."
I laugh and kiss him.
I walk off and walk with Sarah to her room.

We sit on her bed and I ask "Soo... what's up?"
Sarah exclaims "First off, you and Rafe look happier than ever."
I answer "It's because he took shots already."
She replies "Mhmm sure that's it. He is just tipsy. No way! Come on Y/N, you look so fu**ing hot in that outfit for the party. If you weren't already dating Rafe, you would be by the end of the night."
I laugh and say "Yeah my favorite Cameron said I was hot too."
She laughs and playfully slaps me.
She says "I can't believe Rafe keeps saying that. We've been friends longer than you and him. If anything, I'm your favorite."
I laugh and ask "So what did you need to talk about?"
She replies "Not so subtle topic change, well done. Well... Topper ... he ... uh you know I like him but he doesn't ever do anything about it. I was just wondering if you had heard anything about that."
I reply "Sometimes people are shy around their crushes. You're more outspoken with yours. Everyone is different. I'm sure if he feels the same way, he'll make sure he shows it and tells you soon."
She replies "You are right, but I just wish it was easier to deal with crushes. I just want to tell him how I feel and I want him to feel the same way."
I reply "I know Sarah ... Look, I'll be at the party too. You're always welcome to pull me off your brother to hang out with you or take you home. That means Rafe drives because I ride with him, but you get the point. I am here for you no matter what."
She hugs me and exclaims "I have no idea what I'd do without you."
I reply "I wouldn't be the same without you in my life. Heck I probably wouldn't even be dating Rafe."
She laughs and says "Gosh and I would hate him right now if that was the case. Ew no! I'm so glad you're here."
I reply "And I'm glad you're here too."
