Chapter 34

PHASE THREE

It's another year, another leader, another mission. I wasn't alone now I was woken with Winter.

Mission:
Take down Nikolas Fury.

Simple enough I guess.

We were told words and put into blender. Emotions are off.

We went into weaponry and got changed into gear. Some new weapons were shown to us. Interesting.

We were told it's 2014. I got into my mask. My eyes were hooded and in void of emotions. Soldier was in same state.

We were brought into city. It looked slightly different. Our hunt on Fury can begin. I was on nearby building with soldier next to me.

We were waiting for his car to appear. HYDRA soldiers were in police cars chasing him down road. We were there just to finish him off. I saw Fury's car coming down road.

I tapped soldiers shoulder and nodded in the way of a car. We jumped down. Soldier got out his gun with bomb plate. He shot it under his car.

We moved out of a way I slightly crumbled car more with my powers. We slowly made our way to car. I looked in first. Behind my mask you couldn't see my eyes. I furrowed my eyebrows. 

Where the fuck is he?

Winter looked in with me. We made our way out of scene. We failed our mission he got away.

And that's not good.

We went into one alley and waited there for car. I was leaning against wall. He leaned next to me and my head fell to his shoulder.

This world is crazy. Last time I was out I was deep in woods in base. We weren't going into cities that often. But last time we were in one it definitely looked different.

Car came into view and we got in. We went back into base. Weird thing was there was no punishment.

People were working trying to find Fury. They told us when we will get position we need to kill him.

Me and soldier were in weaponry. We even got food. I was playing with my powers or doing target practice. Every time I did my stand little bit more poorly just to piss soldier off he would come to me and get me into right stand.

"You know I'm doing that just to piss you off?" I asked him.

He crossed his arms and nodded.

"It's not working witchy because I can tolerate you." He said in his deep voice.

"Come and fight with me. We fought last time so long ago. Come on." I said.

"Why should I fight you?" He asked.

"Because I had training since I was working with people while you were asleep but you are little bit out of it." I explained.

Soldier nodded and stepped in front of me.

We got into our positions. I knew my strength and he knew his. We couldn't hurt each other. I went for first blow not getting anything away.

He dodged it. He went for his blow which I dodged. He wasn't looking at my feet.

What a mistake that he learned me.

I swept my foot under his legs. He quickly jumped. I went for blow into his stomach which he didn't dodge. He hissed a little.

We were punching and dodging and kicking for few more minutes I decided to use tactic that I learned girls in red room.

His legs were apart as he was standing. I went under his legs and showed behind him where I jumped on his back and wrapped my legs around his neck. I was in front of him his hands went to my tights.

He looked after table he could throw me on. He found one. His head was between my legs. He threw me onto table. His real hand went to my throat. He grabbed it firmly and squired it a little bit not too much.

"If we were naked I would like this position more." I said.

"You're not the only one witchy." He said he brought me by my throat to him. I was now sitting on table. He was standing between my legs.

He brought my lips to his into rough kiss. We didn't kiss in such a long time I even forgot how his lips taste like. His tongue battled with mine for dominance.

We pulled away when we heard footsteps. He leaned away from me and leaned against table next to me. I remained seated on table.

Guard came into weaponry. Our eyes snapped to him.

"He ready in 10 minutes we have his location." He said and with that he left.

Winter took his sniper rifle and attached it to his back. We were once again brought into car.

We went into city and stopped in front of a building. It was an apartment building. We went to one rooftop. I was next to soldier scanning the surroundings.

He put scope to his eye and looked through it looking for Fury. I saw a light being turned on and familiar face in it.

I couldn't put finger on it tho.

Soldier saw it too. After few he had a clear shot on Fury and his friend.

He fired his shot and then few more. The blonde guy saw us. We stood up and Soldier took his sniper with him. Me and Soldier started to run towards end of building.

Blondie pulled out some kind of frisbee and threw it after me and soldier. We turned around. Soldier caught it with me. I was holding it with my powers and soldier had it in his metal arm.

Soldier threw it back at guy and he caught it but the force was too big so we had a time to run.

We jumped off a building. I didn't had a great land. Soldier helped me up and put a hand on my mouth as he brought me to his chest. We were hiding under building.

We saw cars going through in the way we were. Soldier took my hand into his and took me with him into alley.

Car arrived and we were brought into base again.

Mission success or at least I thought.
