"What a pain" || Kusuo Saiki x Black Reader

"Snowfall"

The air is crisp. Cold. Saiki took time to think about Teruhashi and whatever could be coming next, but he was also stuck on the fact that he couldn't read her thoughts. He laid on his bed and thought of all the possibilities. 

Saiki ; "I don't ever think of Teruhashi this much...Good grief. I need something to take my mind off of this situation."

Saiki used his clairvoyance to see if Y/N was home, and to no avail she was. She sat on the living room of her couch. She seemed kind of off, he hadn't talked to her all day, she looked almost emotionless. Saiki couldn't help but think it was his fault...he didn't hesitate to teleport right next to her.

Saiki ; "What's...What's wrong?"

Y/N ; "Saiki?! Boy don't sneak up on me like that! You could have knocked or...like...I don't know, just don't spook me like that again."

Saiki ; "Sorry, I was worried about you. You looked sad."

Y/N ; "What made you think that?"

Saiki ; "I don't know."

Y/N ; "Well goofball, I'm not."

Saiki ; "I'm so used to seeing you smile...I love your smile."

Y/N ; "Woah woah woah...are you getting sappy?"

Saiki ; "Problem?"

Y/N ; "Not at all. Just not used to seeing you get emotional."

Saiki ; "Well you see it more than most."

They both suddenly got quiet, Y/N rocked herself back and forth slowly as she smiled at him. He couldn't help but blush as he stared at her in awh. He thought back on all of their memories, even the small ones and gave her a slight smile back. She rested her head on his shoulder and looked out of the window with him, it suddenly began to snow. 

Saiki ; "I don't know why...but-"

He turned his head to look at her, but she was fast asleep. Saiki sighed and picked her up gently, carrying her to her room...he tucked her in and watched as she slept. He placed a quick kiss on her forehead before shutting her room door and teleporting back to his own room. He sat in his chair and cracked open a book, as soon as he started reading his brother burst through his room doors.

Kusuke ; "YOU KNOW WHY YOU COULDN'T READ HER THOUGHTS-"

Saiki ; "Good grief..."

Kusuke ; "I gave her a device similar to mine, but it came in the form of a necklace...I meant to take it back before she left the other day, but I was so focused on you. Slipped my mind!"

Saiki ; "You idiot."

Kusuke ; "I mean I don't think it matters that much...but ya never know, just thought I'd let you know." 

Saiki ; "I guess it's not that big of a deal."

Kusuke ; "I also forgot to mention it protects her from all your abilities...so you won't be able to use your clairvoyance to see what she's up to...that's why you didn't see me coming."

Saiki closed his book. 

Saiki ; "What a pain."

Kusuke ; "What's life without a little drama little brother?"

MEANWHILE

Teruhashi ; "Alright...you've edited it, let me see the pictures."

??? ; "Here...we put our all into this. If this doesn't spread like wild fire your donzo."

Teruhashi ; "Oh it'll do. It's perfect trust me. Y/N will regret the day she ever came to this school."

??? 2 ; "I don't know this seems a bit extreme...this could ruin her relationship with-"

Teruhashi ; "If I can't have him...no one can."
