Previously we saw the warning given by Issei was informed to the rest of his friends and teammates present, who were all horrified, they knew that what the Khaos Brigade is doing is suicide, unless they managed to figure out a way to manage to tame her which was not surprising considering Rizevim is known to manipulate others for his own benefit, that was Zeus appeared and informed them how dire the situation has become, even Hades was willing to co operate with them to fight against the Khaos Brigade at this point, even he knew how dangerous Gaia is if she is left unchecked, she needed to be stopped, after creating the plan, they all head back to inform their respective parties. After that Issei isolates himself to consume the miracle drug Amrita, he falls unconscious where he meets the goddess of the Evie Etoulde, Chimune Chipotle also known as Chichigami, she informs him of a threat that threatens the entire multiverse in general and Issei must gather the 7 souls to defeat him, after escaping the mindscape the dragons inform him that the consumption of the Miracle drug was a success, he then notices the others are also training to improve their abilities against Gaia. Two days later they all are ready to face against Gaia, when all of a sudden she shows up at Issei's house demanding a fight, on failing to convince her from giving up her plan, Issei asks Lord Zeus to teleport them to the Sahara Desert where there is limited life, which Zeus is able to do so, after that they begin their clash, Gaia summons her plant monsters but they were effortlessly defeated by Issei and his team, Gaia out of anger nearly kills Saji, she then mocks and Laughs at Issei for failing to defend him, that was Gaia last chance after which Issei activates his Diabolos Dragon Dxd for the very first time in this timeline, with this new form he crushes Gaia's base form with relative ease, however Gaia on failing to accept defeat goes into her next form which is a giant tree Titaness with the strength to easily control the nature itself, she manages to defeat most of them present there including the dragons present there, she uses a blast to try to kill Frisk and Chara but Issei takes the hit much to their sadness, he could not face another blast as Gaia was charging another one at him, he is then contacted by the Headquarters by Gaster, who tells him to merge with Flowey despite the risks happening when a monster and a human soul merge, Issei does it anyway this results in Issei unlocking a new form called Apocalypse Answerarms, a form he never managed to get in the previous timeline since he was never able to awaken his Great Red side of his body, with this form he wrecked Gaia like she was nothing, after which Asriel who had transformed from Flowey due to the merging used his new Revelation Hyper Goner to defeat and kill Gaia once and for all. After that they both fell from the armor exhausted and unconscious, they won the fight against Gaia
