Part 24

Namjoon woke up before dawn to the sounds of urgent ringing from door bell. As soon as he sat up, the bell had stopped. He rubbed his eyes and looked around to see if everyone was still asleep. Since there were now five people needing to sleep together, the household had brought in a full sized mattress from the other room and pushed it together with the queen sized mattress in your room. Space was a little tight and you all would soon have to find another mattress for when Jungkook came.

Since Jin was the most recent addition to the inter-pack and he was still the one who held you during the night. However since it had been two days since the first marking, he was less possessive. In fact, he allowed you to sleep in the middle of the bed between him and Namjoon with Hobi and Yoongi on the outer-most layer.

Before Namjoon could go back to sleep he heard the ringing again. Making him realize that the sound wasn't just part of his dream. The wolf hybrid slowly got up, careful not to wake anyone else up and headed for the front door. As he walked into the hallway, he was greeted by Jungkook,

"Hyung...I heard ringing...do you think it's them?" he nervously rubbed his ears.

"I don't know, Kook, but stay in your room, just in case," Namjoon instructed, walking down the stairs.

"I don't want you to be alone. What if they attack?" Jungkook followed.

"Okay, fine," Namjoon sighed, "Stay at the staircase and wake someone as soon as there's trouble,"

Jungkook nodded and peaked around the wall that was obscuring the view of the staircase.

Namjoon scratched the back of his head and tried waking himself up more before arriving at the door. He had to be alert just in case it was danger. But when he got to the front, he smelled a familiar scent coming from the other side of the door. He opened the door quickly. As soon as it opened, Jihyo walked through, with Felix right behind her. She then shut the door the moment they passed through.

"Jihyo? Felix? What are you guys doing here so early? We weren't expecting a delivery..."

"Hey hyung," Felix leaned in for a hug but Namjoon stepped back.

"We just got a new mate and he won't like your scent on me Felix, sorry."

"Oh, no I understand. No worries. I heard about the new mates, congratulations.

"Enough pleasantries, you need to wake everyone up, Namjoon. You guys have to leave today," Jihyo interrupted.

"Leave? Why?" Namjoon asked just before a knock came. Jihyo opened the door and Jackson walked through.

"Jackson?"

"Hey Namjoon, you're looking healthy," the doctor greeted him while closing the door.

"Wake up your mates, Joon," Jihyo instructed again while leading Jackson to the living room.

"Why are we leaving?"

"Because, the Raiden family wants your mates back and they're willing to kill for them," Jihyo bluntly stated, "So we have to move you guys. But don't worry, Jinhwan figured it all out and made the proper arrangements. You guys need to leave soon though,"

"Leave? We can't leave, Jin just got mated with Y/N two days ago and he's still a little possessive. It won't be very good with Ju--"

"It's okay Joon, I'm over it," Jin spoke while standing at the bottom of the staircase. Right behind him stood Hobi and Jungkook.

"Hyung, are you sure?" Namjoon went to him.

"Yeah, Jungkook woke me up and I didn't want to bite his head off so I think it will be fine."
