Third Person's POV:

Ishita walked down the stairs wearing a simple elegant saree. Armaan almost fainted seeing her in saree with such grace, Aditya nudged him "Close your mouth or a fly would get inside your mouth." Armaan glared at him then turned his attention back to Ishita. She glimpsed at him and then entered the kitchen Armaan waited for her impatiently to come back. After ten minutes she came back to sitting next to him, Armaan glimpsed at her from the corner of his eyes, and Aadesh broke the silence, "I heard your father's textile company CEO is arrested which means your family would face a huge loss."

Ishita nodded, "Yeah it will but eventually it will be a profitable deal for me, whatever loss will happen it would be covered by Raj and I would be his last but the only choice to take over the business because investors will demand it." Aadesh glimpsed at Armaan, "Do you know her father has a criminal record?" Ishita choked gulping water she eased the sensation. "No, I don't think so... I mean I haven't heard of..." Armaan glimpsed at the coughing Ishita, she spoke in between as well, "What?". Armaan glanced at her confused distressed face then back at his brother, "What do you mean?"

"Someone special from Malhotra Family reopened the case of the death of Mr. Malhotra framing the case revolving around her father. The same person filed the petition for the trial I got to know as my men managed to get the information. The CEO of his business was caught in a drug case soon after this is revealed. If Raj Kund has the slightest involved in this case we will be dragged in this as well. I would suggest you be alert and maintain the positive news but the choice is all yours as I won't get involved in any of your personal issues." Aadesh expressed.

Ishita was a bit lost and mumbled, "So it wasn't about me..." she looked up as they have all their eyes on me. She smiled weakly, "I meant it isn't about me so why does it concern this family." Abhimanyu glanced at her, "Beta it does... media is like that they won't let an opportunity to taint the name of the Goel Family and you are a member of this family as well." She lowered her head and nodded. Nayantara came out with a bowl of sweet custard that Ishita made in her rasam and other food items.

She served a bowl of custard to everyone, Armaan sniffed the bowl and passed it back, "Mom it's sweet I barely eat it...". He avoided sweets because of his diet consciousness and sugar control. Nayantara glimpsed at Ishita who was a bit offended by the way he passed the bowl back without taking even a bite. "Just take a bite it won't damage your intestine..." Nayantara glared at him. Before Armaan could say anything, Deepika moaned stuffing a spoon of custard in her mouth, "God... Ishita this is the best..." she smiled and thanked her.

Armaan glimpsed at her from the corner of his eyes and take a spoonful of custard into his mouth. His eyes widen as they did take delicious it wasn't too sweet or too thin, he emptied the bowl within seconds and passed Nayantara to refill it. Ishita takes a bite of her sandwich and sips her juice as others talked with each other discussing work, family, and holiday destinations. Ishita and Armaan's honeymoon wasn't decided as they both had business to run.

Ishita smiled and mumbled in a low voice close to Armaan, "How is the custard?" he looked up with the spoon in his mouth, "Um... fine... I like the strawberry-flavored one but it's still fine." Ishita raised her brow amusingly, "Oh really... that's why you finished five bowls of caramel flavor." He cleared his throat as others giggled seeing Armaan uncomfortable stuck in the situation. Nayantara saved him by asking Ishita, "Beta... I have a gathering of my friends would you be able to attend it...". Ishita nodded, "Yeah, I surely will if I would be free at the moment..." Nayantara smiled and nodded. Breakfast was over and they all went back to their work, Armaan worked from his study room while Ishita arranged her things in his room the way she wanted it to be.

Her phone buzzed with the text message, she opened it and smirked as her paid men got the exact location of Kashika Malhotra. Wearing a cute cozy outfit she sneaked out of the house driving herself. The location showed a hotel she owned so it was easier to enter, walking through the hallway staff member bowed low. "Where's Kashika Malhotra staying?" they looked at each other and then showed her the way.

Opening the large door Ishita walked inside, "I thought you might be in Spain but then I got to know you couldn't even afford the tickets without Raj's help." Kashika stood up, "What are you doing here?" the lawyer sitting in front of her stood up and mentioned, "You can't threaten my client while she applied in court for retrial". Ishita narrowed her eyes at him, "You know... your client won't be your client if I got your license seized." he looks between Kashika and Ishita. Then concluded that Ishita was the scarier one so he sits back silently.

"Ishita what do you want?" Kashika moved towards her, "Well I wanted you dead but I would cooperate if your case reopening revolved just around Raj. If I saw any irrational news outlet dragging my in-laws I will make sure to perish you and your so-called investigation." Kashika cackled, "I thought you were here to make me take back the allegations on your father but I forgot how much you hate that man." Ishita smirked, "Aww... don't feel bad about me because that thing only suits you. A poor assistant Mr. Malhotra gave her shelter then she tries to conquer the house but unfortunately, he died so he got her close business partner and ruin his house as well. You would have contacted a doctor instead of a lawyer if I had even the slightest concern for my father."

Kashika turned pale and mumbled, "I will try not to get your in-law's name involved." Ishita walked close to her, "You better but what took over you was that it was needed to reopen the case." to which Kashika said nothing and kept her mouth shut. "Okay, I will take it as my father denied to give you the house" Kashika looked at Ishita in shock. That's the reason Kashika went to meet Anjana and threaten on the basis of evidence that she would present in the court to set up Raj.

"Forget about Mehra Mansion because that's under my mother's name. I got him to sign those paper and as much as I know Raj he wouldn't give it up to a tramp like you just because you brought some old junk in light." Ishita expressed and lowered Kashika's confidence. "He would... to save his reputation...." Kashika mentioned whimpering to which Ishita replied, "You know after getting married to the richest family I learned that we don't need to have a good reputation we just need the power to manipulate people changing their perspectives to the way we want."

Ishita turned and left the place on the way she stopped at Subway and brought burgers to make it up as an excuse at the house because she left the place unannounced. While stuffing the burger into her mouth, she masked her innocent appearance to avoid her family's interrogation.
