I got to school at 6:23, as soon as I got there I started looking for kirbs because I'm gonna tell her! I started out by walking but then started sprinting everywhere looking for her.
Finally I found her!
I was panting now because I don't run often.
"Ive been looking for you...,sorry I'm out of breath from running."
God did I sound weird? I sure as hell hoped not, she looked at me expressionless, shit did I mess up?
Suddenly she spoke up.
"Oh my god same,wait why were you looking for me?" Shit I could feel my cheeks go red, hopefully she didn't notice. I spoke up now.
"I needa tell you something.."
I replied with
"Go ahead..?" It had a tone when she said it like she was confused or..hesitant?
Now it was my turn to be hesitant.
"..um- I like you!" I blurted out, jeez how stupid could I be.
Suddenly her cheeks were red, but I couldn't tell if it was because she liked me back or because of embarrassment.
She spoke up.
"Oh Dylan..I'm so sorry I don't feel the same way.." I could cry.
"Yeah that's ok.."
"I hope are friend ship stays the same right?" She said holding up her fist for a fist bump, and of course I gave her one.
"Yeah no totally,it's fine"
It wasn't fine.
