anyways i feel cheol's biggest love language is giving
he gives his all as svt's oldest and their leader
he's a fantastic man honest
even if this means you get treated like a kid sometimes
sometimes he even jokes about wrapping you in bubble wrap
no injuries for his beloved, you hear me?
cheol very much gives all for his members birthdays
and they do it back!!
but the first year you started dating that landed on his bday
he didn't want you to do anything for him!
he was perfectly fine with a card, maybe dinner
that's if svt didn't literally stuff him like thanksgiving turkey
of course we're not settling for this are we?
cheol showed on battle trip (w/ han and woo) that he's adventurous!
so you spend a lot of time researching places you can take him
places he hasn't been before!
you figured this is a little difficult considering he travels so much
but i think in korea itself, cheol perhaps isn't well traversed with the whole country
they've travelled but covered the whole country? surely not
so you make a whole itinerary for his birthday, from the moment he comes to your house to celebrate his bday quietly away from his members
the second he turns up and you tell him to get in your car
he's like what
this is not quiet
but he abides!! maybe he turns a little childish and begs for answers
"are you gonna tell me where we're going?"
"no"
"pleaaaaase baby"
and he's constantly whining for majority of the day figuring out where you're going
but it's worth seeing his puppy eyes light up and stare in awe as he takes photos of every place you take him
and of course the bday selfies at every location with you!
he jokes he should make a scrapbook of that day alone
every location he thinks is the last but you're putting another postcode in the satnav that isn't your address and he's whining again
5 locations in one day? this is too much!!
he berates you towards the end of the day for doing so much for him
but considering he has a bag full of touristy merch from some locations for the other members and a camera roll full of images he needs to sift through
and the delighted smile on his face as he proceeds to sift through them, remembering all the memories you made for him today
his complaints don't go far
with his hand laced with yours as you drive and a playlist of svt songs playing that he karaoke's along with
he gladly stares at the sunset view he has from the passenger seat of your car with the warm august breeze blowing through an open window
he can't wait to tell the members all the things he'd seen and done today when he gets back to them
and you can't express to yourself mentally how in love with him you are as he presses his lips to your knuckles and mumbles his thanks for all your plans for the day
