George was tired. Straight up exhausted, two littles? It was hard, especially with one who just followed him everywhere. Everywhere.
Earlier George locked himself in the upstairs bathroom to catch a brake and Dream kept knocking, rattling the door handle, scratching at the door, anything he could do to get in. The boy was persistent, very very persistent.
If George was so exhausted, why not come up with a foolproof plan to sleep? Yeah. But what?
Distractions! Yes. They both could watch a game, that usually kept them entertained for a long while and give George time to rest.
"Dreamie, do you think there's a game on?"
"Dunno"
"Wanna check?"
"Mmm..mhm!"
"Go get Sappas to watch with you"
Dream ran off, George couldn't find an American football game but he found a random basketball game. That worked for him to be honest.
Once the two had returned and gotten comfy on the couch, George handed them snacks and headed up to his room to sleep.

The game ended and by this time both Sap and Dream were big. They noticed the lack of George and decided to search around, I mean- how could he just leave them alone like that? How irresponsible!
They found him sleeping in his own bed, sprawled comfortably. He slept as if he didn't have any bills to pay.
Anyways the two climbed into bed with him and they all slept
