Max walked down the stairs and into the kitchen to get a snack. She finds el sitting at the island with a large box of nail polish.
"Hey babe, what are you doing?"
"Oh I'm deciding if i should paint my nails"
"Didn't you do that yesterday"
"Yeah but i can always take it off and paint them again"
"Yeah i guess."max shrugs
"Unless....."
"Unless what?"
El gives her a knowing look
"No you can't paint my nails"
"Please!"
"No"
"But"
"No"
"Please maxie"
"Fine" max grumbled
"Yay!"
Max goes over and sits next to el
"So what colour do you want"
"I don't know"
"What about blue"
"Alright"
"And what kind of pattern?"
"Um..."
"Ooh what about this one!"
El shows her a picture of a wavy pattern
"Sure"
El pulls everything she needs out of the box and starts painting maxes nails. Knowing her girlfriends attention span won't last long.
She finishes painting maxes nails after around 17 minutes.
"Now you just need to wait for them to dry"
"How long will that take? As i need to get back to work"
"Like 15 minutes"
"Alright" Max sighs
El puts all the stuff back into the box
"Thanks for letting me paint your nails"
"Your so good at it they look great"
El smiles happily
